(3rd Person, Katsuki's POV)
"Katsuki Bakugou, you are under arrest for illegally blessing the union of a witch and an angel."
Katsuki thought it was stupid they were blaming him for this. In all honesty, he didn't even like the couple, but he owed that stupid witch, and so he had used his powers to make their marriage binding. It wasn't like he had committed treason or anything, so the chase they were putting up was stupid.
Guardian Angels have to follow too many rules. He had broken one little rule about using his magic to bind two souls together, and suddenly he was being arrested.
He knew Stheer's Laws well, and he followed them... when they didn't make absolutely no sense. So he knew that running away would only make his sentence worse. Besides, he was one of the Eleven, they wouldn't condemn him to an eternity of suffering when he was so imperative to their society. Not to mention he was great at arguing.
His large dove wings trailed behind him as Todoroki, the Truthteller of the Eleven, dragged him towards Stheer's temple. "What did you do this time, Bakugou?" He asked, his eyes glowing the golden color that all of the Eleven's did when they used their gifts.
"Married that damned Deku to his witch, nothing crazy. I don't know why everyone is going batshit over an illegal marriage. And Deku isn't even being charged for marrying the damned witch! Talk about favoritism." He rolled his eyes, snarling.
"You're an Eleven, Bakugou. You know you can't break any of the Laws." Todoroki frowned, already lecturing him.
"The Laws are stupid." He shot back, knowing damn well saying something so treasonous right next to the Temple would probably get him killed. Todoroki said nothing on that topic, recognizing his fellow Eleven's stubborn refusal to see the sense in Stheer's Laws.
"An angel can never use their gifts without Stheer's permission. It's a Law for good reason. If angels went around condemning any mortal they wished, we would have a lot of problems. It would be almost as chaotic as things were with the Greeks during Ancient Times, Bakugou."
"It was a wedding." He reiterated. "Two willful and consenting adults should be able to get married if they want to, no matter what some all-powerful being says."
"Save it for the trial, Bakugou." Todoroki sighed, pressing a hand to the marbled black and white door of Stheer's Temple in order to open it.
Only the Eleven and other beings of Class Two or higher could open the Temple's doors. Class One only held Stheer and other all-powerful beings, so they hardly ever had to open the door to their own Temple.
Bakugou brushed off a red feather from his shoulder, silently noting Todoroki's distress. If his wings were molting, that meant even the Truthteller found himself terrified of Stheer's scrutiny. He smirked triumphantly, knowing that he was probably the least stressed of the Eleven about this trial.
The moment a warrant for his arrest had been issued, beings of all classes had begun gathering around the Trial Ground, wondering if Stheer himself would show up for the trial of an Eleven. For most trials, one of the Eleven would take Stheer's place as the judge, but an Eleven hadn't been on trial since the after effects of the Great Chaos, where Stheer created his Laws and all other Class One beings created their rules.
Bakugou himself had seen a Class Three trial once. It had been Deku's father's trial, where he had been condemned for use of dark magic as a light magic being. It was rare for anything above Class Five to be condemned, but it did happen on occasion. A few Class Threes and Twos had been brought to trial, but hardly ever condemned, but an Eleven?
