Sarah began he summer break where she always did-at her grandpa's farm. It was in a small town on a dirt road. She always loved going there as a kid, but as she got older, she stopped enjoying it as much. The cows and horses smelled, the house was as old as Grandpa, and they were miles from civilization. Still, Sarah's mother made her go every summer, even though she was in college now. Her mother believed that the way she grew up would be healthy for Sarah, too.
This summer will be different, Sarah told herself. It won't be so bad-would it?
Sarah was right about one thing. This summer would be different.
