They seem to be looking for food, and I'm in the worst spot for that, so I try to get out of these spikes. As soon as I get out however, I regenerate very quickly, which I guess is a plus of me ruling this place.Unfortunately, they were sneaking up on me and one of them pounce on me and start gnawing on my shoulder. I grow spikes on my body, similar to these forest trees, to kill the monster on my back.
To prevent the others from getting to me, I throw some acid in front of them to stop them from getting any closer. They back off and retreat, and now it's finally somewhat quiet.
I walk through the spiked forest, but as I travel further, I notice a strange tree. These trees are already strange, but I found one in particular that sticks out to me for some reason.
I inspect it, and find an almost invisible lever on it. Pulling it down, it reveals an entrance to some tunnels under the tree. I decide to investigate these tunnels and walk in.
The lighting is dark, with only a couple flickering dark yellow lights every now and then. There seems to be a lot of cracks in the walls and floor, and there's holes in the wall for holding corpses.
As I'm walking through the tunnels, a hand grabs my ankle, I look down and it belongs to a corpse crawling out of the holes. Same goes for around 7 others.
They team up and hold me down, they start eating my flesh and skin, but I release a poisonous gas to have them coughing, which somehow works even though they're dead. While they're coughing and distracted, I push some out of the way and run for it, regenerating in the process.
After 6 hours of traveling, I finally reach the end, which leads to a hatchdoor with a staircase leading to it. I open the hatchdoor, and reveals that it's Omen's lab. I look around, the power seems to be off, so I brighten my eyes bright enough to act as flashlights, and I continue walking around.
I find an elevator, that when I enter, leads me to the torture room Parasin died in. His body is still there, decomposing. I walk over and take some of his blood which is still there, and place the syringe away for now.
That's one syringe done for Hell, now all I need to do is get to Heaven, which luckily, I can do. I teleport to Heaven, and in a field which looks to be pretty high up, since I can see the stars.
It looks peaceful here, but I got to get that blood sample first. So I keep walking forward until I see an edge, and that edge leads to a flowing river. I don't want to waste any time, so I decide to jump down and land in it.
Whilst in the river, I manage to cling onto a huge rock and climb myself out. I hear some weird and loud humming nearby, and I find out that it's one of those tall monoliths around here.
I walk towards it, and turns out there's a door here. It's locked, so I shapeshift my arm into a mace and slam it onto the door over and over before it breaks down.
Walking inside, it seems to be some sort of power source and map. There's probably more to them, but I didn't take the time to look when I realize the mountains Doniko died in is nearby.
So I walk towards those mountains, but not before getting attacked by a group of angels.
"You've killed our ruler!" One of them yell.
I don't reply back and push by them. I feel a sword stabbing me from the back and an arrow almost hitting it, scraping against my face. I turn around quickly to pull out the sword in my chest and slice the angel in half with his own sword. The arrow angel tries shooting another arrow, but I grab it in midair and throw it right back at him. An angel with a battle axe charges at me and starts swinging it around, but I catch it with my fist, take it away and stab his skull with it. The last angel is sneaking up on me with a dagger but I quickly sweep him, grab the dagger out of his hand and slice his throat with it.
I've had no idea how I did that, I believe it was the Proxy's blessing still affecting me, maybe it's made me more aggressive, I'm not sure.
I continue traveling towards the mountain, and I pass the lake we all landed in. After sometime, I make it and Doniko's body, like Parasin's, is still there. I walk over to it, collect a sample, and now with that, I've got two syringes for the cloaked figure.
I, again, teleport but for some reason like the other teleportations, I've spawned in a random location. Perhaps it's because I'm not used to controlling this teleporting power. Anyway it looks like I'm in a desert.
The hot sun beaming on me is wearing me down, but I'm not giving up now. I eventually just grow wings and fly around. The desert goes on and on, and even when it's night, I'm still in the desert.
It starts raining ice shards, which reminds me of the Hell prison, that was hot during day, and cold during night. They keep tearing up my wings and everytime they regenerate, they get cut up again, so I decide to just walk.
Luckily, I find a small village in this desert, hopefully they can give me information on the village I need to get to.
I walk over there, and a villager there spots me and lets me in to shield me from the raining ice.
"What's your name?" The villager asks.
"Modesto"
"Huh, my name is Kade, what brings you to this village?"
"I'm trying to get to a certain village"
"Which one?"
"To be honest, I don't completely know, all I know is that it's by a mountain-forested area"
"Well, the most famous village described like that is named Oaksville"
"I think I remember hearing that name while I was there, doesn't mean it's the village I'm talking about, but I'll take any chances"
Kade proceeded to tell me the details and directions to Oaksville, and I thanked him for his help. I leave the village and walk northwest, where the village is.
After 4 hours of walking, I'm currently trekking through the mountains, when I see some parts of Oaksville. I walk towards it over the mountain only to reveal a charred village. Shocked, I run to it and see what happened. There doesn't seem to be anyone alive around here. I walk to the tavern's location and it's barely even recongizable.
I find a wall still standing with something carved onto it. It says "go to the cave that first took you to this place". That feeling of being watched while I was in the spiky forest comes back.
I think it means the cave with the cave dwellers in it, so I walk towards that cave in hopes of finding what exactly happened. Just as I get to the cave exit that was blocked previously, I find it broken open.
