Ansel’s P.O.V

I don’t know what I’m doing, I bet she doesn’t even like me in that way. I pull away from her and start to breakdown, God I’m such a wimp.

“What’s wrong with me??” I cry.

Sia sits next to me and wraps her arm around me. I finally feel safe.

“I didn’t think I was that bad of a kisser.” She jokes.

“You always know how to cheer me up, don’t you?” I smile looking into her eyes.

“That’s what best friends are for.” She replies.

Wow I’ve just been friend zoned.

“So close” I sigh.

“What are you on about?” she asks.

“Best friends, best friends? That’s all were ever going to be?” I reply

She looks at me confused.

“I want it to be more than that.” I turn away so I’m not looking at her.

“But your with Naomi” she states.

“No shit Sherlock. I, I’m done with her. I finally see the type of person she is.” I say.

She grabs my shoulders and turns me round. I notice the sparkle in her hazel eyes. I’ve never noticed how beautiful they are.

“Do you know what Ansel, you’re the only one who knows what you want. Once you find out, let me know.” She says

She kisses me on the cheek, stands up and walks away.

I decide to grab some lunch and think things over. I need some alone time right now.

Naomi’s P.O.V

I hurry to the lunch hall hoping to find Ansel, I need to talk to him about the Justin ‘thing’. I don’t know what he’s going to be like. I look around but don’t see him. I just don’t understand why everything has to be so complicated between us. I turn around to make my way out of the lunch hall.

“Watch where you going, twat.” I snap. I look up and realise it was Ansel who bumped into me.

“Oh I was looking for you, can we talk?!?” I ask.

“You’re really the last person I want to talk to, twat.” He says looking at me disgusted.

“End of conversation!!!” I snap.

“End of relationship” he fires back as he pushes past me heading towards the canteen.

Dylan’s P.O.V

I walk down the hall looking for a familiar face, they don’t tell you how hard it is to move to a new school, not knowing anyone or what there like, it’s hard.

“Heeyyyy!! You don’t know how I’m glad to see you.” Wow that sounded desperate I think to myself.

“Oh..thanks. I think that’s the nicest thing someone’s said to me today.” Willow says laughing awkwardly.

“Sooo you still on for Saturday??” I ask trying to change the subject.

“I think, not had a better offer yet…but there’s still time.” She says.

“Oh okay” I say not knowing if she’s serious or not.

“I was kidding..aw” she says touching my arm.

I go bright red. “Haha yeh totally knew that.” I reply.

“Willow come over, I need to talk to you. Like now!!” A girl shouts to Willow.

“Oh okay, I’ll come in a second.” She replies to her.

“Sorry that’s my friend Naomi, I got to go. I’ll text you??” She says.

“But, I I don’t have your number…” I say.

But she walks off not hearing me.

Naomi’s P.O.V

“Who was that?!?” Naomi asks.

“It doesn’t matter. What’s up??” she asks looking worried.

“I broke up with Ansel, nothing to worry about.” I reply.

“Let’s go shopping on Saturday, it’s going to have to be later though because I’ve got a nail appointment at 5 at the mall.” I say.

“Oh I actually had plans…” she replies.

“And??...” I say.

“I guess I could cancel, wasn’t anything important anyway.” She says.

“Good you look like you good do with some retail therapy and a facial, get rid of those dark circles.” I say.

“What’s that supposed to mean…” she says sounding offended.

“It’s supposed to mean you need to get rid of those dark circles under your eyes.” I laugh.

“Aw it’s a good job I love you.” She laughs. We link arms and walk down the hallway.
