Here I am waiting patiently for 'the love of my life' to come so we can hear what our instructor had to say but today of all days is the day he decides to come late. Just my luck. This had been the worst start to my day.
Remember when they said our schedules were going to change and be more pack. Let's say they meant it. I only had five free periods in the entire week. Just five hours out of one hundred and sixty eight hours. I know it's not exactly one hundred and sixty eight hours but now practice starts at seven am instead of the previous eight thirty, and ends at ten pm, at least mine does, because of being the famous Gabriella Montez.
Not only that but the new groups the created were realised today. It was more of a boys versus girls thing. Three female groups, three male groups.
Let's say that among all the people in the camp, the 'devil' was in my group and I'm very trailed. I will get to see her almost everyday.
So now I have singles (music), singles (dance), duet (music), duet (dance), group (dance), group (music), group (female), high school musical and whatever punishment Mr. Stewart decides to give us. Luckily I won't have all of them on the same day. But I would have at least six a day.
I was supposed to be singles right now but Mr. Stewart said he had something to tell us before we start the day. Which is why William's lateness was really getting to me.
Because, Madame Jaclyn Pierre already hates me and being late would only give her a reason to hate me more. "Emily, Where's William?" Mr. Stewart voice brought me out of my thought. I shrugged and continued pacing up and down.
"Sorry, I'm late," William's voice bounced of the walls in his office. "Someone finally decided to arrive,"I muttered. Either they didn't hear me or just ignored me. "Good. I just wanted to tell you, I am increasing your punishment for sometime. Whatever punishment I choose will depend on your attitude today. So be careful." We nodded. As much I wanted to scream out and whine, I knew it wouldn't make much of a difference. "You can leave."
Immediately he said those words I grabbed my bag quickly and rushed out knocking William down. "Hey!! What's wrong with you?," he shouted grabbing my hand angrily.
"Unlike you, the first thing on my schedule started five minutes ago," I said removing my hand from his grip. "The least you can say is sorry." I ran of without wasting my time to answer.
As I ran to dance studio 2 it hit me. Mr Stewart had seen a whole argument. I shook it off. One problem at a time.
Once I reached the room, Madame had folded her arms and definitely looked pissed. "Madame Jaclyn, I'm very sorry. I had a meeting with Mr. Stewart," I explained as I placed my bag down.
"You are late and that's no excuse. You are supposed to be here before I even get here. I'm sure this is exactly what you do everyday," she said angrily. "No, I don't do that."
