The sound of the utensils can be heard in the dining hall no one has spoken a word now as they are busy eating the foods that Beacrox had cooked for them.

Raon stared at him thinking "Is human going to scam someone?"
They are enjoying their food while talking to each other until it went silent again the mood was awkward as they don't know what topic they'll be talking.

As the wine glass tapped the table Violan is the first one who breaks the silence.
Violan: "It's unusual for you to invite a dinner all of a sudden don't you think so? Cale?"
They looked at Cale with curiosity in their faces.
Cale: "Why? I want to spend time with my family of course"
Deruth: "I don't think that's not the only case though?" he looked at Cale with sharp gaze
Cale: "Umm well I-I have actually want to talk to you about something Father" stuttering and nervously looking at his father
Deruth: "Hmm I see, well it's not a bad thing though that you are the one who took the initiative to invite us to dinner"
Cale: "Right? I am being honest when I said I want to spend more time with you"
Violan: "Then you should stay here for the night then, and I am guessing that you are going to be free tomorrow right? You should join us to a tea party before you leave"
Cale: "Yes, of course I will do so Mother"
Deruth: "Then come with me to the study, Cale"
Cale: "Yes, Father"
As the father and son exited the dining hall Cale give a glance to Basen while leaving.
"hmmm? Our eyes just met" he looked at his father and older brother as they are no longer in sight "no it must be my imagination" he shook his head and went ahead to his quarters to take care of some documents before going to bed.

The sound of the shoes that can be heard through the hall way Deruth gestured Cale to come inside of his office. Cale dismissed Ron as he is going to have a private talk with his father he bowed down and smiled benignly as it sent Cale shivers Ron went ahead retiring for the day. Cale entered his father's office and a serious and silent atmosphere suddenly emit in the room.

Cale snapped back in reality because he was thinking on how is he going to tell this to his father.
"Now then what is it that you want to talk about?"
"This is it there is no turning back now I just have to say it"
"Father, I-I grit about inheriting the heir's position I will think about it"

"Wh-wh-what? I can't seem to hear you very well can you repeat it again?" He smiled awkwardly
