Camila's POV:
We pass thousands of people in life. We my make assumptions about them and talk about how ugly their dress was but we'll never see them again so we think it's ok. We don't know their story. But what if we do? What if we find out their story and get to know them? What if we even fall in love with them? It would be totally different but most of the time we don't. That is how looked at I Coco Beach were we moved for a year for my dads work. I didn't like the crowds or the people until we moved. When we moved my parents wouldn't tell me where we were going. The day of the move my dad wasn't there. I was hart broken my mom didn't tell me where he was. I hoped that he would meet us there. I was kind of glad that we left the Coco Beach in Florida but I was sad to leave the friends that I did have and I didn't fall in love I haven't even had my first kiss so love is kind of in a totally different chapter of my life. Hopefully this chapter. Well I guess it will be good for me to get back to my only friend but I'll still be with my little sister Sofi.
To get to the house (we drove). When we pulled up to the house my jaw dropped literally but of course my Cheetos fell out and I had to clean them up but the house was so huge Bigger than our last one that we had in Miami. It looked just like the on in The Fosters (the t.v. show) Two stories excluding the attic and basement with a pool in the back yard and a porch in the back too but one of those long porches. I think dad payed for it because there is no way my mom could have afforded this. I am going to be starting school in a day and I assure you it won't be one of those TV high schools.
I was startled by my mom's voice "Mila! Help me unload the car and wake up Sofi."
I shook Sofi lightly. When we got in the house all the heavy stuff was already there. I jogged up the stairs to find all my stuff in my room! My room was painted the color fit was before and everything was in place. I flopped down on my bed and closed my eyes and drifted off.
"Mila"
I shot up out of my sleep "What?" I croaked
"Come down here please."
I trudged down the stairs and walked into the kitchen to find my Dad.
"Dad! I thought you left!" I screeched
"What no I would never leave my family like that. I just took a later plain."
He had a grin that was so friendly I just started to cry. I had no idea why. Then I saw my mom mouth to my dad PMS. He nodded and chuckled a little.
"Ok I think it is time for bed"
"but it is only 10:00."
"Just get your butts upstairs. you are starting twelfth grade tomorrow!"
Now I felt tired knowing that I had to go to bed. "Go get your sister and get ready for bed." I went outside trying not to look tired. Sofi was talking to a girl at least ten times her height.
"Hi" I said rubbing the sleep out of my eyes.
"Hey, what's up? I'm Be-"
Sofie interrupted "She says she is 17"
"oh. I raised my eyebrows "like me. Mom wants you to get ready for bed"
"ok" and Sofi skipped into the house
"Bed at this time? " She said.
"Oh yeah she is only six"
She giggled, then got really serious and bent over and stared into my eyes.
I laughed a small nervous laugh.
" Sorry" she said "You just have beautiful eyes, dark swirls of brown are just amazing." She pointed and almost poked me in the eye. I flinched. "Sorry" she laughed " that was really awkward" she smiled.
