Chapter 10- The hunt for dream

It was 7:00 AM and Tubbo was getting ready to meet with Techno. Tubbo had packed a backpack with a bow and arrow, some water, some food, an axe, a compass, a map, a first aid kit, and a couple potions. Tubbo put the backpack over his shoulder and said goodbye to Tommy and Ranboo, since Micheal was still asleep. Tubbo started to walk over to where techno and him agreed to meet. It was freezing, Snow was falling from the sky slowly as Tubbo continued walking. Tubbo was determined to find dream and give him a piece of his mind, Tubbo smiles at the thought of finding dream and hurting him like he hurt Tommy. Tubbo saw the tall pink haired piglin hybrid in the distance, waving at him. Technos red cape swayed with the wind, so did his braids. "Hello techno!" Tubbo said, sounding as enthusiastic as ever, he was so ready. "Hello Tubbo, how has everything been since last night?" The piglin hybrid says in his monotone voice. "Its been pretty good! Tommy got a good nights rest" Tubbo smiles at techno. "I brought some extra stuff if we need, Just incase we do find him, tubbo. we are gonna need to be well equipped." Techno pulls out a few gapples, a netherite sword and pickaxe, a flint and steel, and a clock. They were all set to go find dream, the two headed off.

They went in the portal near the community house. "where are we going" asked Tubbo. "well remember when Tommy was exiled? During those times when he stayed with me he had mentioned a base somewhere in logstedshire. I think it makes sense if he was there, he could be possibly looking for Tommy in the area." The two walked on the path in the nether and entered another portal. As they exited the portal they saw what used to be Tommys tent,or atleast what remained of it. They both looked around the area, seeing the craters of the now blown up logstedshire. It had been 2 hours, Tubbo slowly lost hope. The two sat down together and ate food. Tubbo looked over at techno who seemed to be squinting his eyes at something. "Is everything okay techno?" tubbo looks at where techno is looking and sees a green man. "FUCK TECHNO GET UP WE HAVE TO GET HIM" The two stand up quickly and start running towards the figure. "Its dream" techno says. Dream starts to fun off as fast as he can through the portal, the two boys follow him. They were now near the community house, dream started running down the prime path. Tubbo started shooting arrows at dream but he kept failing as he tried. The three were now nearing a forest. They chased dream into it as fast as they could, shooting at him and trying to get a good swing on him. Dream had maneuvered through some trees. Tubbo was able to follow him, being that he was shorter than techno. Techno followed, having a harder time following dream in the trees. Tubbo started to lose his breath, but he wouldnt stop until dream was captured. "Tubbo." He felt a hand on his shoulder "We cant get him, hes too fast. We need to plan better before we dive in. We gave it our best shot" Tubbo started to tear up at those words.

The two boys sit down, Techno hands tubbo some water and he declines the offer. "I cant believe we let him get away." Tubbo says, cupping his head in his hands. He sounded like he was going to start sobbing any second now. "We need to bring more people next time. maybe some backup" Techno says looking down at the brunette. You could hear faint sniffles coming from tubbo, Techno felt bad for the kid. He really did he just didnt know how to help him. The voices were screaming

"HELP HIM"

"HELP THE POOR BOY"

"YOUR USELESS"

"KILL HIM"

"TECHNOBAD"

Techno just stayed silent, looking at the poor boy weep.
