They govern the Vampire society. Only the Royal house Kim has the power to grant the addition of new Vampires to the society.

Highest in rank after house Kim, they are in charge of human affairs and interaction.
Currently, led by Min Yoongi, they are the peace negotiators.

The second highest in rank, with the most members under their wings is House Jung.
Currently, led by Jung Hoseok, they take care of nuisances if they get in the way

With the least members in its house, House Jeon is the most reserved of all houses.
They are the wealthiest noble house and donate in lump sum amounts to the royal treasury. Thus they have the favour of the King.
Currently the house, however, is led by the representative direct fledgling. The Head of the house, Jeon Jeongguk, has left the royal court.
