It's been 24hours since we arrived at our new place and I hate it to say the least. I have not smiled since we got here well I haven't smiled for two years so I don't see the difference but still this place is the worst except for my room though. It's all I want my sweet safe space, painted my favorite color blue , it's neat super clean and in order , I could be an organized freak sometimes.
Later that day we were sitting down at the dinning about to eat dinner. " So...." My dad says breaking the silence "So....." I repeated "Do you two like the place" "Yes!!" "No" Sterling and I said at the same time
I turn to him with a glare "I mean it's okay"Sterling rephrase I turn back to my meal as the two continue their conversation " You two are starting school on Monday" my dad said looking at me "Cool!" Sterling said excited "Ok " i said finishing up and taking my dish to the sink.
I wait till they're done before doing the dishes. "Good night Dad , night Sterling" I said before heading to my room
Could this routine ever end ? I never engage in any conversation with them, the only thing I do is respond in monotones and be indifferent about everything.
Monday morning.......... I'm up early, well I'm always up early cuz I hardly sleep. I shower and get dressed.

I head downstairs . "Good morning Dad, Sterling" I said before sitting down and grabbing a bit of Sterling's sandwich which I earned a glare for.
"So cute" I said ruffling his hair knowing how much he hates it .
" Dad!!" He screamed "What!" My dad said looking away from the newspaper. Sterling pointed at me,I raised my hand in surrender.
"Aww cute" my dad cooed "Let's go" Sterling huffed picking up his school bag . I smiled mentally at his actions Before follow suite as we head to the car .
Dad dropped me off at my school before taking Sterling to his school. "Be good " he said "I'm always good" I said defending myself " Really?" He pushed "Arggggh, fine I'll be good"I fake a smile before heading to the entrance of the school.
Time to meet a bunch of crazy individuals.
