*Two years later*
Hope is now fifteen years old and Nikki is now thirteen. Hayley ran over to the girls who were walking in from school.
"What have you both done?"
Hayley said looking at them. Hope and Nikki looked at each other and then looked back at Hayley.
"Mom, we haven't done anything"
Hope said trying not to look guilty. Hayley looked at them both again before saying
"Why did Alaric call me then and say that you both tried to kill someone?"
Nikki and Hope shrugged their shoulders. Hayley gave them a look that she knew always made them tell her everything.
"He wanted to be a hybrid so we fed him our blood and we were going to push him off of the top of the school before Alaric stopped us from doing it"
Nikki said as she looked at Hayley. Hope smiled a little but Hayley didn't look impressed she looked a little annoyed.
"You're both grounded"
Hayley said as Klaus walked in with Rebekah. Hope and Nikki smiled at each other before running over to Klaus and Rebekah and tried to get their way out of being grounded but it didn't work. Hope and Nikki walked away and called their uncle. Kol. Kol answered their call.
"What has happened now?"
Kol said with a smile on his face
"Moms grounded us because we tried to do a nice thing for someone"
Hope said annoyed
"They were going to kill someone because they wanted to be a hybrid"
Hayley shouted making sure that Kol heard her.
"Did you feed them your blood?"
Kol said confused
"Yeah of course we did"
Nikki said as she smiled a little
"But we got stopped when we were going to kill him."
Hope added
"I don't see the problem"
Kol said trying not to laugh. Hayley walked over to them and grabbed Hopes phone and looked at Kol
"Don't encourage them Kol"
Hayley said before pressing end call. Nikki and Hope laughed a little.
*hours later*
"Where did your mom go?"
Nikki said looking confused at Hope
"I don't know"
Hope replied
"She isn't here"
"She's probably gone for a walk or something"
