Someone knocked on the door and Nikki opened the door. It was Caroline. Klaus walked up to Nikki and saw Caroline. Caroline walked in and hugged Klaus. Nikki smiled at Caroline before closing the door. Caroline looked at Nikki.
"Lizzie and Josie have missed you Nikki"
Caroline said with a smile. Hope walked down the stairs and saw Caroline and smiled.
"Hope"
Caroline said with a smile. Klaus whispered to Caroline and then they walked out of the door. Before they left Klaus looked at Nikki and Hope and said
"Don't follow us. You two stay here I need to talk to her"
Nikki and Hope looked at each other then they went to Hopes room and they talked.
*Carolines Pov*
Me and Klaus began walking around New Orleans. It's been a few years since I've seen him but he's just lost Hayley and I thought he needed a friend. We've both lost people we care about so I thought I could help him. I saw a coffee shop and me and Klaus got a coffee each. I laughed a little when Klaus spat his out because he didn't like coffee. He smiled at me. We found a bench and sat together. I looked at him and said
"Klaus. You lost Cami years ago and now you've lost Hayley. How are you feeling?"
I didn't want to upset him because I don't want to see him upset.
"I'm doing okay it's a little bit of deja vu but I'm doing fine and I think Hope is doing fine with loosing her mom and Nikki is Nikki she doesn't  show emotions if she wasn't witch I would think she kept her humanity off all of the time. We're all doing alright at the moment. How are you doing Care? You lost Stefan"
He said looking at me. He laughed a little when he was talking about Nikki. Whenever I've seen Nikki it does seem like she has no emotions but she's a witch. Well Nikki is a tribrid but she hasn't activated her Werewolf or Vampire side yet so we all say she's just a witch. I looked at Klaus who was waiting for an answer.
"It's still strange. We all miss him. Damon and Elena are together and they're happy together. I've been helping Ric with the twins and helping with the school. Bonnie has been with her mom for a while but she visits often and we all visit her. Jeremy is hunting vampires. Tyler's dead by the way. We are all doing okay but it will never be the same without Stefan"
I said looking at Klaus. He looked back at me before checking his watch. We'd been out for a few hours so we walked back to the Mikaelson house and I left and went back to Mystic falls.
