A loud crashing sound awoke you from your sleep. Sitting up from the bed, you rubbed your eyes. This wasn't your room, it was Bandu's, who was your best friend. Although you struggled to consider it friendship, as you two were always cuddling, and of course, you did actually have strong feelings towards him. You were simply rolling with it, but still wanted to push the relationship further.

You stretched for a moment, unsure of where Bandu was at. Probably just in the living room. So you proceeded to check the living room. Still no Bandu. Okay.. then how about I call him? You reached in your pocket, pulling out your phone and calling Bandu.

No response. You called again. Still no response. Sighing, you went to the kitchen to make some breakfast, aka cereal since you can't cook for shit. The thought of where Bandu was at lingered, you cared about him more than anything else, so naturally you can't help but worry whenever he is gone. Especially when he doesn't answer my phone calls. You finished the last bit of cereal, put the bowl in the sink, and went out the door on a mission to find Bandu.

..Who was just barely a distance away rapping with a tiny blue haired boy. A job well done I suppose. You raised a brow, extremely confused. Yeah, Bandu liked to rap battle, but who in the hell was this toothpaste dude? Not to mention the girl on some speakers too.

You sorta just watched from afar, not wanting to interrupt Bandu. The song actually sounded really good, and you found yourself humming along to it.

A loud crashing sound was heard, and a figure similar looking to Bandu, except with a red shirt and blue overalls [and a moustache holy shit it's mario giuys /j]. Now it's getting interesting, you just wish you had popcorn right now. The song still sounded great, with the addition of the stranger, who you hoped was just Bandu's friend and not an entirely random person.

Bandu was upset as he circled around the toothpaste boy, but soon enough he noticed you while the figure alongside him was singing. He smiled, yet unable to wave as he had just lost his phones. You waved for him, cheering. "GO BANDU! And whoever the fuck the person helping them is, WOO!" Said person glared at you while his vocals were being mimicked by his opponent.

All was good until the realm turned a familiar crimson red out of nowhere. You worriedly watched, as it was nearly completely silent out of nowhere. Even Bandu seemed a bit confused. You already knew who's presence this indicated, and whaddya know, Expunged appears behind the girl's speakers.

Bandu and his ally looked up at Expunged, rightly confused. Then you watched as Expunged casually vacuumed up the both of them. Wow, free heart attack. What the fuck?! That was his own brother. Cue the aggressive rap battle, but instead little ol' toothpaste boy was getting his ass handed to him due to this tomato's insane power. Unsurprisingly, he fails miserably against Expunged, abruptly freezing up and being unable to rap.

Expunged let out a loud cackle, before opening a portal to the 2D realm and throwing the girl and boy in. You stared in awe, being unable to comprehend this.

"EXPUNGED, WHY THE HELL DID YOU JUST EAT BANDU?!" You run over, feeling an emotion that is a mixture of fear, confusion, anger, and concern all in one. Expunged shrugged. "I DON'T KNOW. HE'S FINE IF YOU ARE WONDERING." You squinted, and then Bandu appeared next to Expunged. "Why did you do that?! Also, spit out Bambi!" Bandu fumed, clearly upset that the rap battle was interrupted. What the fuck is this anymore. Expunged stared at Bandu. "NO." And then he vanished into thin air, leaving the realm to turn back to it's usual green. Bandu stood there, stunned.

"O-oh. Then I guess I'll just go inside." Bandu brushed past you, and went inside his house, forgetting to shut the door. You could easily tell he was upset, Bandu NEVER ignores you like that. You quickly followed him, closing the door behind you.

Bandu had already went to his room. As you knocked on the door, you twisted the handle and realized that it was locked. Concern flooded your mind. "Uh, Bandu, is everything okay?" Stifled sobbing was clearly distinguished from his voice. "Y-yeah, Y

! Just give me a s-second, alright?" You sighed. "Bandu, are you crying?" There was momentary silence, before you heard the door knob twist, and Bandu latched onto you immediately, squeezing you with his 'arms'.

"Woah! Hey, what's wrong?" Bandu convulsed as he sniffled. "It's a stupid thing to be upset over, just d-don't worry about me." You hugged onto Bandu firmly, patting his back. "I don't care if it's stupid, I just want to make you feel better. Everyone has gotten upset at stupid stuff, including me." He pulled away, looking at you. "I guess so.. I'm just mad that blue haired kid was winning, and then Expunged decided to step in out of nowhere!" Bandu flailed his arms around, exaggerating his words. "I even lost my phones for a moment.." He mumbled.

After a minute of you and Bandu standing in silence, he spoke. "I don't know why you hang out with me, when I'm so annoying like this.." You were shocked, Bandu wasn't annoying to you, especially not right now.

"Bandu, do you really think you're annoying..?" He nodded, sitting back on his bed. You walked over, sitting next to Bandu, but he was avoiding eye contact, staring at the floor. You grabbed his hand. "I don't think you're annoying, it's normal for me to stick around, even when you do so much crazy stuff, because afterall, I love you." Bandu's face was red, and only then you realized that you accidentally said the phrase so casually. Shit. You started to internally panic.

"R-right. I love you too, y'know Y/n?" Bandu started to smile again, looking towards you. "Ah, y-you do?" He pulled you into a hug for the millionth time, your face flushed red. "Of course I do! Why do you think I cuddle with you so much?" He pecked your cheek, causing you to stammer. "I-I don't know, I w-was just doubtful." You buried your face in his sweater, embarrassed. Bandu laughed quietly. "Even though I was clearly in love with you?" You had no idea what to say at this point, simply pulling back and shrugging.

"That's OK, at least we are through this now."
