chapter 14 - No One Has Done That Before

Joana's POV

first subject for today is US History. This is fun to be honest. Even though my mom is chinese but i never really learned about chinese history. i suck at speaking chinese..

i looked to my left, there i found lauren, bored to death. i guess she's sleeping right now. should i sleep too??

no, joana. you're new here. you should obey your teachers and pay attention to them.

oh okay. who are you??

okay whatever. dont mind ny convo with my brain. it seems like history class is really boring cause almost everyone in class is sleeping. the teacher- Mr. Henry sucks at teaching. if i could i'd like to sleep too but since MY BRAIN tokd me not too so.. what can i do?

History class finally ends yes! i look to my left and found Lauren still in her peaceful sleep. i tried to sway her, slap her, tickle her and other stuffs but nothing works. i got pissed so i pulled her chair.

BANG

everyone suddenly stops from their activities. there on the floor, laying Lauren Westphalen. She's rubbing her butt.

"WHAT THE HECK, JOANA??!!!!???" she yelled.

"i am sorry for my bad attitude. i was just trying to wake you up i tried to sla- yell at you but you didnt respond me so i lost ideas and that was what i did. sorry..."

"you are so.... polite. i'm sorry if i yelled at you.." she apologized.

"no, i should be the one to apologize. i pulled your chair earlier," i said.

"no its seriously my fault to be such a sleepyhead. anyway, what's the subject after this?"

"i dont know, Lauren. i'm new here -_-"

"i forgot, my bad.. oh, its science -.- lets go to the lab then?"

"sure"

We walk to the lab. On our way there, we pass principal's room. There I saw- OMG! I saw Greyson! wait, he's home-schooled. He wont be here, silly me.. We continued walking to the lab. Before we go in the lab we must use a white lab coat. In the lab there are a lot of flasks. Round-bottomed flask, beaker, tripod and other stuffs and again... Lauren is sleeping in this class -_-

We're doing some experiments which I don't even know and don't even care. I'm not science girl. This class is so boring.

The bell rang.

The freaking bell rang.

I'm sobbing.

okay maybe i'm being to dramatic but I'm so happy! It's lunch time! yaayyy. I walked to the cafetaria with Lauren. She's been talking about her date last night with Corbin. "He's so romantic! I am so lucky to have him! omg if you were there you'd probably die of his sweetness!!" There she goes again. I grabbed my food tray and walk with Lauren to our seats, but just before I seat someone bumped on me.

"OH! sorry, I DID NOT see you there. Too bad you're too short," she laughed. I smiled then walked passed by her while bumping her too.

"AH. Look! You dropped my food!"

"OH! Pardon, you're too big to avoid," I left her. I walked to where Lauren, Morgan and Logan are. They're laughing.

"OMG! What you did is amazing!!! No one has done that before!!" Morgan said.

"Well, someone did now.." I replied. I seriously hate that barbie girl. She should keep in mind that she's not the BOSS here. Everyone is equal. What is wrong with her? I sat beside Lauren. They're all staring at me.

"Did I do something wrong?" I asked.

"Joaannnaaaa...." Lauren said.

"Mmm.?"

"ugh. Jo, we're going to share our foods," she said.

"no! you don't have to, I'm not hungry"

"shut up and eat"
