"Oh that's so so cool, oh yeah. Alright time to wake up now." - Naruto jumped in joy before waking up in the real world.

3rd POV
Knock Knock
"Come in" - An old man's voice could be heard.
"Lord Third, we have some good news.....it's about Naruto. - The doctor stated as the old man left all his paper work and looked at him with high interest and concern.
"Is he.....awake?" - He asked with a sad look.
"Sadly, not yet lord Hokage. But, he has started to respond pretty well to all our medications. Moreover, his body has started to grow muscles at a really high rate. It-it's like he has been training all day even while in coma. We can't certainly tell if it is a good thing or not, but if it is, then we can be sure that Naruto will wake up really soon. - The doctor replied as the old man began to think.
'Training even in coma eh? sigh, I just hope you wake up soon my boy, then I can give the proper punishment to those who did this to you' - He opened his mouth to say -
"I see, be sure to update me as soon as you get any form of further information about him".
"You may rest assured Lord Third. We will be sure to do so" - He replied.
"You are dismissed now." - The Third Hokage ordered as the doctor bowed and was about to leave when an other medical ninja came running through the door and stated hastily -
"Lord Hokage, N-Naruto is a-awake." - Everybody present in the room gasped as he further stated -
"He woke up roughly se-seven minutes ago." - He informed them as the old man ordered immediately -
"I don't want to lose anymore time. We will go there, now" - The others nodded in approval and rushed to the hospital to find out an awake Naruto.

Naruto POV
'Man it has been such a long time since I have seen old man or eaten ramen from Ichiraku's. Anyways, it's time to play the idiot now that I have woke up. - I thought before showing the audience that I was awake.......and, they all rushed towards my room, before sending one of them to inform the old man of course.
"Uhh.....where am I?" - I asked them as I pretended to be unaware of the situation. Also I have noticed that my body have all the muscles I acquired from the training. Oh yeah. Man I look great.
"You are in the hospital Naruto, and you have been in a coma.... for more than 2 years now." - One of the nurses replied with a slight smile. They were the only one who took care of me every time I was injured. The others?...... well most of the doctors tried to kill me instead of treating me. A few nurses even tried to poison me to death. That's why the old man appointed a small group of doctors and nurses to take care of me........ and they sure were nicer than the others.
"2 YEARS" - I gasped, again faking the reaction. " So, I have been without Ichiraku's ramen for so long?" - I asked them as they deadpanned, although my reaction was fake, but, still, I didn't taste it for such a long time.
"NARUTO!" - I heard a very familiar voice shout out as the said man rushed into the room and hugged me with all his might.
"Naruto.....how are you? Are you feeling alright? Do you remember me?" - He asked hastily and I smiled before replying -
