BOOM!! CRASH!! There was the sound of wood breaking coming from the village. I woke up immediately and ran outside of my house to see what was going on. I then saw Kage breaking the village and throwing wood and stone everywhere. I went to wake up the gods and goddesses. They weren't there. Instead, I saw kittens. I knew that Kage had found a way through the barrier with the transformation crystal. I put the package in my satchel, then I scooped up the gods and goddesses as kittens, and put them in my satchel. I put the necklace on then ran downstairs. I grabbed an oil lamp and snuck through my back gate to the forest.
I didn't have time to grab a jacket. But it was really cold outside. I was still in my pajamas. I then remembered that I had to get Eve to bring Eva back. I started heading to the village when I crashed into Eve! What a miracle! I guess luck really is on my side.
"William! What's going on?! Who's destroying the village?!" Eve said, crying. "It's the God of Shadows. He's destroying the village because he can't get the package," I whispered, trying to get Eve to calm down. "Why aren't the other gods and goddesses doing anything?!" she said. "They were all turned into kittens. Apparently, the transformation crystal can go through," I whispered. "We have to go quickly and quietly. No light,"
I pulled Eve along and we ran. But... No sun anywhere. I knew that the sun came up at about this time. But it didn't. Then, I remembered that Aurora was in charge of the sun as well. I had to use the necklace. I found the sun charm and I grabbed it and I had Aurora's power. I made the sunrise. Once I finished, I stopped using her power, and then it went back into the charm.
"That was awesome!!" Eve said. "Thanks, but we have to keep going. My mission involves you," I said, dragging Eve with me. "What's your mission about?" Eve asked me while running alongside me. "All I can tell you is that there is a soul trapped inside of you that I have to get out," I said, still running. "Is the soul evil?!" Eve said, scared. "No, well, the soul is neutral for now. I have to get the soul because the soul will be a good person if I get it out, not the God of Shadows," I explained to her.
We were running for hours. The sun didn't set because I wasn't using Aurora's power. The sun sets and rises on its own, but with the help of Aurora because Aurora is the goddess of light.
It was far too cold out. I was freezing. So I decided that it would be best if I started a fire. Eve and I went out to an open area in the forest. I grabbed the wood and put it down. I grabbed two stones and tried to light it. Nothing. So I used Alinta's power to light the fire. I found the fire charm, and I got Alinta's power. I lit the wood on fire and stopped using her power. Eve and I warmed up and let the fire go out on its own. We then continued.
It was still cold out. I wish I had brought a blanket or a jacket. And some shoes too. Eve was well prepared. I was far from well prepared. But we kept going. I refused to give up. When we became far from the village, I stopped walking.
"What are you doing?" Eve asked. "I'm gonna start training. I need you to watch my satchel," I said as I put my satchel down. Eve walked over to my satchel and held onto it. I started with stretches so I wouldn't pull a muscle. I stretched every muscle in my body.
"Alright, let's get started. All you have to do is watch," I said, turning to Eve. I started running in circles. I breathed through my nose. I kept doing that until I did one hundred fifty circles. My yard is three times the size of one full circle. I breathed through my nose and succeeded.
I then went to find large boulders. I found large boulders and rolled them back to where Eve and I were. I could pick one of them up with both arms. But one in each arm, no way. I then went to find smaller ones. I decided to start small.
Next was agility. I gave small stones to Eve and told her to throw them at me. She didn't want to at first, but I soon convinced her to throw them at me. I dodged every single one. I then told her to throw two at me. She did and I dodged every single one. Then I told her to throw four, and I didn't dodge every single one. One of the stones hit me.
