[Y/n] was huffing as they ran through the woods, jumping and dodging roots and branches. The killer was hot on their trail at the moment, and they couldn't afford to stop running, not even for a second.

A few minutes pass, and you risk a glance back. Seeing that the killer was slowing down, they picked up speed and ended up outside an abandoned factory. Sighing in relief, you ran up to a broken window and jumped in, searching for a place to hide.

[Y/n] spotted a place in the back of the building, so they ran that way, hiding behind some boxes right as the killer came through the same window. They looked out of breath and had pulled out an inhaler, removing the mask they wore from their mouth as they used it. [Y/n] watched as the killer put it away and began looking for the unlucky soul to have crossed his path.

The killer began speaking suddenly, "[Y/n], please come out, I can't run anymore."

They took the opportunity to stand up from their hiding place and take off down a hallway that held rats and broken flooring. They took a glance back and saw the killer running after them, causing them to cry out and look forward, nearing tripping when they ran up a set of stairs until they managed to get to a roof.

With no way down, you were about to run back down when you saw the killer right in front of you. You stopped breathing suddenly, feeling burning pain just below your ribs. Looking down, you noticed a knife and a lot of blood. You backed up, and the knife smoothly left your skin, holding onto the wound. You could feel your body shaking as you moved back, and the killer moved forward, slowly removing their mask to reveal a decent-looking man with black hair and dull brown eyes.

His face held a smile as he watched you with amusement when you hit the ground, not realising that you indeed tipped on a metal pole. The male kneeled and tilted his head as he spoke in a hushed manner, "I loved chasing you, but I also hate the fact that you were easy to get up here." He laughed and raised his knife at the same time you lifted your hands to protect your upper area.

A scream ripped through your mouth as the same knife pierced your left thigh. The pain from both wounds hurt like hell, and that caused you to fight back, kicking him in the groin, hearing a grunt before bolting to your feet, your left leg nearly giving out as you limped as far as your legs could get you, which wasn't far since after he got up he was only walking after you.

You made it close to the edge of the building when hands grabbed at your hair and pulled your head back. You gasped and groaned as the knife slid past your throat. Nothing, you felt nothing as you pulled your hands to your throat, turning away to look at the male. Removing your hands from your throat, you stumbled back. Blood. Blood?!

Your vision became blurry as you continued to stumble back, not realizing that the edge got closer as well, only when it was too late. Your body fell. The last thing you saw was that same mask the killer wore earlier, those black eyes haunting you, even in the afterlife.
