Your probably thinking, what is this bitch doing? Well, my name is Kimura, I am 14 years old and I'll be talking about one of Angola's oldest Kingdoms, which is called, Ndongo Kingdom.
Ndongo Kingdom was essentially, after the death of the last king of the Kongo Kingdom, Nzinga Nkuvu, which it was in 1506. After that, he was fully substituted by Mvemba Nzinga in 1507, which was the year when the Portuguese Kingdom and Kongo Kingdom started with fully comercial and friendship type of relationship.
Portugueses, once again, founded new territories, like Matamba, Lunda and Ndongo. In fact, even before the official contacts between the Kingdoms started, were deported a tons of Black and African slaves to Luanda's Bay, and 5en they were reported to São Tomé and Príncipe, in 1520. They were trained in that island so then, later, they would be able, in terms of strength and capacity, which is wars and slavery, to go to the Portuguese markets which they were sold to America. The official contacts only happened thirty years later, properly.
