As you watched your plane land, your heart raced you were so excited. You've been dreaming of visiting this place, you could finally see it was everything you hoped for and more.

The idea of seeing the other two kingdoms was so appealing to you, you loved learning about the two of them and seeing the differences in culture.

Just things like how in Terre D'eau the people live in houses that are up on stilts, due to flooding and tropical storms. That is so cool to you mostly because it's nothing like how the people in the district live.

Or like how in Dreemland, it snows in dreemland, which is why a lot of dreemland's residents are fuzzy, furry people. Like the dreemurrs themselves, having lots of fluffy fur makes them want to be somewhere where it's not as warm, like your kingdom.

It was always warm in the district, although the temperature would drop a little never enough to snow though.

Dreemland also was mostly plains, while the district had tons of mountains and hills, like Mount Ebbot.

You couldn't wait to get closer and see the beautiful layout of the golden building. The plane landed and your family exited, followed by the Cyclops guards, who carried your bags.

People in the airport watched in awe, as the royal family of the district, walked out of the airport. Little boys and girls shouted and pulled on their parent's arms pointing at your family, you would give them a smile and a small wave.

The little purple gown you had on today, lightly brushed the gown when you walked. When you got outside you picked it up to avoid getting it dirty. Your heels are shown because of this, You saw a small goat boy, he held a sign that read "Welcome (l/n)'s!"

You walked over to the boy and bowed, he did as well, "Greetings, prince Asriel."

"You must be princess (y/n), it's a pleasure." The goat boy, Asriel said taking your hand and placing a kiss on it.

He was incredibly kind.

You heard your brother whisper something about a certain snake. You decided to ignore your brother's teasing, you were finally here.

Asriel escorted your family to the castle, the king and queen were waiting in the courtyard.

They took you for a tour around the castle, showing you the beautiful garden, the enchanting fountains, it was all breathtaking, just magical.

Their garden was covered with gold objects, gold benches, cute little gold flower pots, and light fixtures following the nice pathway. The wells weren't gold, they were cobble but the miniature fountains were. Although, the small fountains were nothing compared to the massive one in front of the golden castle.

The iron pillars were also a nice touch the gold and grayish-white color scheme added a very regal touch.

When the tour migrated to the inside of the castle, Asriel stepped down and his mother, Queen Toriel took over. Asriel followed beside you, pointing out small things that his mother skipped.

They showed you the inside and almost every room, with an exception of the bedrooms and a strange room with a big bulky metal door at the far end of an empty hallway... The door was the only one in the hallway, when you asked about it the Queen, Toriel, told you "not to worry about it, it's private... very private." Which made you even more curious.

You looked at Asriel hoping he would let on a little, but he avoided not only the question but even eye contact.

Your phone dinged in your picket a couple of times, but it would've been rude to pull it out... besides you knew it was Gorgon, who else would text you? Charlotte maybe but not very likely.

When the tour was done, you all went into the dining hall to eat. Their dining hall was a lot smaller than yours, although it was way more beautiful, giant flowers hung in the corners and along the walls. The ceiling was domed, like a cathedral, clear glass in the top of the dome shone through to make a beautiful skylight. Due to the big skylight letting in most of the light the candles littering the room weren't really necessary but they still provided a bit of elegance to the ready gorgeous room.

You and Asriel seemed to be getting along well, he was super sweet and seemed to enjoy your remarks about how pretty the castle was.

He still wouldn't tell you about the strange door, you'd just have to find out for yourself.

However, someone who did know was closer than anyone knew.

"Come on, Alphys. There's gotta be some way I can get back home!" Sans said.

"I'm Sorry, sans, but I'd have to do more research. As of right now... I-I have no clue.." the little yellow woman shyly admitted. Sans groaned, it obviously not being the answer he wanted.

"Fine. Ya know, I hate tibia downer but we need to figure something quickly." He said.

Alphys paused and processed his words, "...did you just...?"

"Just what, Al?" He asked, winking.

"N-Nevermind..."

"Maybe I can help with the research, I just-"

"I know, I know. You wanna see your friends and your brother." Alphys cut him off.

"Well, that's not entirely wrong." He said, the fact that he had no real joy in his voice caught Alphys' attention.

"What do you mean?" They asked.

"Well, it's a long story." He deflected.

"Sans your gonna be stuck here a while."

"Alright," Sans told Alphys the story, the whole story.

The story about the kid, the human kid who he and his brother tried to befriend. The human kid that killed not only his brother but all of his friends. The human who went out of her way to find monsters that were hiding from her and get rid of them.

The human kid, who was the worst monster in the entire underground.

The story left Alphys rubbing down the goosebumps that littered their skin. She didn't know what to say, "sans I'm so... sorry."

"You see Alphys. I'm not in a rush to get back home because I'm missed or because that other me is there." He paused, Alphys could tell he was upset.

"No, but why even want to go back, it's not like there's anything there for you."

"I have to kill that kid." He said.

"Sans."

"Alphys, i-i have to, after all of what she did, I can't allow her to breach the barrier and get back to her home." He wiped away tears that rolled down his skull, "it wouldn't be fair, for her to go on and live a happy life in the sun, not when she ruthlessly murder all of my people."

"OK but I have to tell you when your father, or the sans from this world's father, was the royal scientist..." Alpyhs paused, rubbing their hands together nervously, "it didn't end very well between him and the king, so I would stay away from the royal family."

Sans nodded, "They may not be too jazzed about me being here, huh?"

"And sans a-as much as I-I love to help you and y-your brother, I really don't wanna lose my job." She said.

"Don't worry, bud." Sans placed a hand on her back, "it won't come to that."

The small dinosaur smiled up at him, "OK, now let's see if we can figure something out."
