Quirk name: All or nothing

Quirk type: Emitter

Quirk info: All or nothing is the third counter part to All for one and One for all, it can be transferred from user to user and is more of a luck based quirk, depending one how high the percentage the user uses the higher the risk the quirk has four outcomes when it's used

1. It hits normally like one for all
2. Nothing happens it's like you just threw a regular quirkless punch
3. All damage is reflected back at the user
Ex. You can use 5% to break the enemies arm then it breaks your arm
4. The attack is stronger than intended Ex. You can use 15% and you'd accidently use 45%

Quirk usage: offense

Strengths: can potentially go past 100% for an attack

Weaknesses: can seriously hurt the user or worst kill them

Special attack: The ultimate gamble- the user uses 100% and hopes to God it's a regular hit or hits stronger than intended
