Quirk info: self-explanatory the user can project sounds or voices that they've heard before
Usage: supportive
Strengths: the user can use quirk to confuse enemies or lure then somewhere else
Weaknesses: the user can only use one voice or sound at once, if over used the user can develop tinnitus or their ears can start bleeding
Special ability: Rave - the user can play multiple sounds in exchange for their hearing, it's dangerous to use this more than twice, the users hearing will come back in 24hrs after using, the users ears will be pouring with blood also so it'd be good to have medical help after using
