Quirk type - accumulation
Quirk info - the users eyes glow blue when the quirk activates, when they activate it on someone they can give them any sickness, disease, virus, anything including things other quirks makes (E.g. shigaraki's decay) but they have to know how it works and how it affects a person (E.g. the flu give you a cough, sneeze, nausea ect.)
Usage - offense & support
strengths - they can give someone something like akinetopsia (motion blindness) so they can't see anything that moves when fighting so it's good for an upper hand in a fight or if you know how regeneration works you can give someone regeneration from someone else's quirk
Weaknesses - it give you a smaller version of the sickness (E.g. give someone the black plague and you get a cough)

•Epidemic- the users eyes glow bright red and everyone in a 10m radius gets infected with whatever thing the user choose

Extra info - more of a suggestion but the way I use this quirk is a split personality thing like twice, one personality is the good side that tries to help everyone and the other is the bad side trying to kill everyone and the good side is trying to figure out who the villain is but In reality they are
