A/N: some information about charlie:

Charlie

Charlie

species: fairy

age: 16

birthday: may 19th

appearance: black shoulder length hair with bangs, dark hazel eyes, a scar across her lips, 5.8f.

monster name: soulmutant

When Charlie opened the door, it seemed Ash was in some sort of common room, with a lot of monsters. there were only a few of the monster types Ash had learned about. "This is the carnivore common room" Alice said while taking Ash's arm and dragging him into another room, with Charlie following. They went into a room that had "Soulwings" written on the door.

The walls were white with a lot of band posters, and there was one bed in the middle, accros of a fireplace. on the left of the bed was a bathroom, and next to that was a closet. Charlie went to sit on the bed and Ash followed suit. He asked "what is that name on the door-?" Alice chuckled and responded with "everyone has a monster name, 'soulwings' is mine."

"So do you mind me asking, where are you from?" Alice questioned leaning against the wooden door. "Well-...I- my village- where I am from- is unfortunately burned down, so I just ran into the woods i guess- " Ash stuttered. "Oh- well were you raised in monster territory or in human territory?" Charlie asked.

'There are monsters who live amongst humans?' Ash thought to himself. "Erm... human...territory?" Ash said nervously. Charlie responds "do you have any family there?" "no i don't i'm an orphan". Ash felt more anxious with every minute passing, and he hoped the conversation would end soon. Charlie nodded, and continued to speak. "If you are comfortable telling us, what- what happened to your parents-?"

Ash sighed. "Maybe I can tell you later. it is getting late, do you have anywhere where I can sleep?"

Ash got settled on the couch in the room, while Charlie had left a while ago. Alice mumbled a soft 'goodnight' and they both tried to sleep. keyword, 'tried'.

Ash lied wide awake on the couch, with way too many things going on in his mind. He needed to look like a monster, zombie to be exact. The best option at the moment was to tell Alice and Charlie, hoping they would help him.

Hours passed, and Ash was still unable to clear his mind and sleep. Outside, it started to get lighter. Loud screeches and crashes could be heard outside Alice's bedroom door, causing Ash to leap from the couch.

He went over to Alice's bed and saw that she had already left; how had he not noticed that they had gotten up? Ash decided to investigate what all the fuss was about. He took a step forward and cautiously opened the door. He walked down the stairs and went to the main hall, where he saw too monsters leaping at each other

He witnessed the two creatures fighting each other while some people cheered as if they were watching a wrestling match, (which Ash could not wrap his head around), while others sought to break them apart and some didn't seem to notice.

The amount of blood and even skin fragments that were strewn about terrified Ash. Just as he was ready to return to the room to hopefully get help, a woman slammed the door to the school building.

She was taller than any of the monsters in the room, and her skin had blue tints to it. Everyone fell silent as soon as she walked through the door. She was certainly intimidating; she approached the two monsters fighting one other and gave them a cold stare.

they both exited the common room, and she followed. After a few moments, the woman opened the door, and started speaking. "I hope you lot have learned from this situation, as we speak Alex and Sander are outside waiting for their punishment, so this occurrence will not have to happen again. She stopped to look around and locked eyes with Ash, making him startle slightly. She motioned for him to step outside the common room, which he did.

As he walked out the door, the woman followed closely behind him, closing the door behind them once they were outside. She then began moving down the halls and stairs, with Ash following behind her. Eventually they had reached the ground floor and went into one of the classrooms where Alice and Charlie were sitting. They stood up and started heading out of the classroom and they both winked at him, something was off here. Ash sat down on one of the chairs in front of the desk where the woman sat behind. "so, 'Ash', do youknow why you are here?"
