Anastasia's POV
Ok there is a line that you don't cross and Veronica just cross that I'm already aware that my dad awaits my coming home and I would like to see Veronica for my own self needs. I know Zander is still awaiting me to lie to him again but I am not gonna talk about it again, cause I might eventually spill the beans, maybe spill the can along with it. I never knew someone could tell when I'm lying I don't like him knowing that I am lying.
CPV( Anastasia);
"Zander you know we can't stay here" I said my thoughts out loud. I didn't want to leave Zander cause I felt safe with him but the faster I get over with my step-father's torture the faster the wounds will heal.
"Yes I know" he said not looking at me, he was still waiting on my answer but it's too bad I am not telling him anything.
"Can we try the door again please" I asked ignoring his hurt feelings which hurt me.
"Okay" he responded in disappointment now knowing he isn't getting an answer from me.
He tried and tried and tried until I remember hack that happened can't open the door then I said to him in hope.
"Zander I have an idea"
"What is it" he grumped still pissed as he didn't turn to me, he tilted his face showing me his ear showing that he's all ears.
I brought out the hair clip from my hair saying;
" hair clip hack"
"Go go go do it" he ordered frustrated like he was sick of being around me.
"Ok ok chill" I said calming him down. I honestly think he shouldn't be forcing me to tell him, after all anything could have happened to my neck.
I went to the door and tried and tried and it open then Zander exclaimed;
" wow" then I said cheerfully.
" yes"
"Now can we get out of here" I asked
"Of course" he said cheerfully.
So I got my bag, and he got his then we left we walked through the hallways which was empty then he said;
" Ana what time is it" I brought out my phone and said;
"4:50 p.m."
"And school ended at 2:30pm right" he informed.
"Yap, so Veronica locked us in there for 2 hours and lied to everyone that we had sex" I said while looking at Zander.
"lets just go home" He murmured still angry
"Okay" I responded sadly. I won't lie I don't have feelings for Zander but what he said hurt me.
Then we go to the parking lot only two vehicles and we went towards Zander's car then I heard someone on the phone a few feet away from us and then the man said;
"Sir she isn't here, yes I have checked inside the school" It was Mr Scott but I didn't think he noticed I was there then I heard the person on the phone the person sounded angry he said;
"Find my daughter and bring her home now" My step-dad said and hung up. Mr Scott turned around and he saw me and said worried quickly running to me;
"Where have you been"
"I was locked in the bathroom" I confessed still close to Zander's car
"And you didn't call I was worried sick about you, I even asked a bunch of kids but they didn't know either" He complained like a real worried father, I really felt bad for not calling him.
