Nara Shikamaru x reader

The Mission

So this chapter is all in Y/N'S POV for the most part. Unless i say like WITH SHIKAMARU or (RANDOM NAME)'S POV. RIGHT NOW IT'S Y/N'S POV

So this mission should only take about like for months...okay...but we have to kill someone And Val wont be happy once she hears who it was...OH SHIT! a kunai knife comes flying toward me and i jump out of the way and i move the wind using my kekki genkai. Damm...I was not expecting these guys today. "Well well well, lookie what we have here. A lost group of ninja. Shall we help them out, Levin?" Val's little sister, Opal said i grit my teeth and say "OPAL WHY ARE YOU HERE?" "I heard you had to kill my mom for your mission so i came here to kill YOU instead!" she says sounding insane. I sigh and say "Very well then Opal." 

TIMESKIP BECAUSE WAS THREE AM WHEN I WROTE THIS AND I GET NO SLEEP! :)

An hour later Opal does a finishing blow and i fall down on my hands and knees.

WHITH SHIKAMARU SHIKAMARU'S POV

I woke up around 2:00 pm and now cooking dinner with Akimaru's help. All of a sudden theres a knock at the door and i ask Shikadai to answer it. "HEY DAD?! ONE OF MOM"S TEAMMATES ARE HERE!" i stop what im doing on the spot and walk to the door. "Hello Shikamaru." (Friend name) said. "Hello. How can i help you?" i say. "Y/N is currently in the hospital in the sand." they say "What happened this time?" i say annoyed. "Opal." they say and that was all it took before i pulled out my phone and called Gaara. "Your free to go." i tell them. "Hello?" Gaara said. "Im coming to Sauna expect me in a least a week." i said anger lacing my voice. "A-alright...thank you for the weeks notice." Yeah no problem." i say then we hang up and tell the kids "KIDS YOUR MOM'S IN THE HOSPITAL IN SUANA! WERE GOING TO VISIT HER." they yell things like "WHY?! WHAT HAPPENED?! IS SHE OKAY?!" i sigh and walk over to them and say "Im not sure her friend did not even tell me the details just told me Val's insane ass sister happened and now im fucking pissed." i never did like Opal. BUT HURTING MY WIFE?! oh...she's got hell to pay. But imma need back up first. 

TIMESKIP BROUGHT TO YOU BY SHIKAMARU THINKING ABOUT KILLING MY OCS SISTER

We went to the Kaze-kage's office and we got permission to enter the village. Shikadai and i Having to show our ninja IDs. Akimaru was fine since she's not a ninja yet. We go to the hospital and ask for Y/N's room at the front desk. "Hmm and who are you three to her?" "I'm her husband and these are our children." i say getting annoyed. Akimaru sighs and tugs on my sleeve i look down at her. "Yes?" i say to her "Can i just use one of my Justus please?" she whispers i smile and say "Sure, Akimaru." then she did some hand signs and did a shadow paralysis and the turned into a shadow strangle justu. "O-ok your fr-free t-to go in." the front desk lady said once she was out her justu. we walk into her room with the guidance of a nurse and when we walk in we see Y/N and a doctor having a glare off. i sweatdrop and say "Hey, Y/N." The doctor breaks eye contact to look at us and ask me "Who are you?" "Her Husband. And these are our kids before you ask." i say in annoyance. He smiles and says "Ah Mr. Nara! We need to ask you something if you don't mind."   i sigh and say "Can i visit my wife for at least two minutes without any questions please?!" i almost yell. Everyone looks at me in shock and then it goes silent. I sigh and sit down in a chair next to my wife. "Hey, Shika?" she asked me "Yeah i replied. "Umm...I'm sorry." she said. "Sorry for what?" i ask "I told you i wouldn't get hurt on get hurt on my next mission. Yet here i am...in the hospital." she says with a slight frown i laugh and say "Heh, N/N (nickname) if we're still talking about the same person that i married then, i know that if you say things like that then they wont last very long. You are the only person that i met that gets hurt as much as you do." "Says the man who legit fell down the stairs and hurt his whole back and who's wife had to cover his shift for him." she jokes. the kids laugh and say "HA! YOU HURT YOU WHOLE BACK FALLING DOWN THE STAIRS? PRICELESS!" I sigh and say "Yes...I hurt my whole my WHOLE back falling down some stairs laugh all you want but if you guys get hurt doing something like that then im going to laugh at you." they stop laughing i smirk and say "That's what i thought." Y/N laughs. 'God damm i missed that laugh.' i think to myself.

Y/N'S POV

I sigh and say "Hey shikadai, Akimaru?" i ask my kids "Yeah" "Hmm" they said. i say "Can you two do me a favor?" "yeah sure." "what is it?" they ask. i say "Turn around, close your eyes and plug your ears." o-kay..." they say at the same time. Shikamaru smirks at me and stands up and pulls up to him since i cant really pull him to me due to me having broken my arm. so i wrap my good arm around his neck and he kisses me and i kiss back. We pull away for air and Shikamaru says "Fuck, I've missed your kisses." "I bet you did." "Listen as much as i would love to break your back, it's already broken so im going to have to wait." i smile "Just get the kids Shika." i tell him het tells the kids they can look now and unplug their ears. I say "Hey im gonna go to bed im tired. You guys gonna stay here or...?" "No, I made dad get a hotel." Akimaru said. i smile and say Well then ill see you guys later. Love you." "Mmm..." Shikadai said. "Love you too, Mama!" Akimaru said. "Hmm Love you too troublesome woman, You better get well soon." Shikamaru said then he said the last part sternly. "Hm okay, Sir." i say. He glares at me and then walks over to me and says in my ear in a low voice "You save that for the bedroom understood?" i say "Yes, SIR." he growls and says "We better get going kids. See you, Y/N." "Bye, Mama." Akimaru said "mmm" Shikadai said. i yawn and close my eyes.
