Confession

*5 and 1/2 months have passed*

Ruby's POV
It has been 5 and 1/2 months since I've met (Yn) but I couldn't stop thinking about him we've have hung out several times before talking about weapons or music. We made to our room after class I've been trying to hide my feelings from Yang and the rest of my team I was lost in thought because the more time I spent with (Yn) the more and more my feelings grow for him.

"Hey Ruby what's wrong?" Yang asked me
"N-Nothing Yang!" I say because I was cought off guard
"You sure?"
"Yeah totally fine there's no need to ask any more."
"It's (Yn) isn't it?"
"What do you mean Yang." I say nervously
"Your a terrible at hiding things Ruby."
"What gave it away?"
"When I say his name or even bring up (Yn) you get all happy and stuff."
"She's right you know Ruby." Blake said
"Your not helping!"
"Aww my little sister is getting flustered over her crush." Yang said with a grin I just look away in embarrassment.

But the thought of him never left my head "Maybe Yang is right. No she can't be." I thought so I got ready for bed

*Time Skip to the morning*

(Yn)'s POV
I wake up in bed and went to the restroom to clean my face up and it's still a little sore I was just staring in the mirror saying nothing I hear the door open to see Lubo standing there confused and half a sleep "I'll...wait." He said as he closed the door I finish up then get ready.

We make it to class a bit earlier than expected so we took our seats

I was sitting there with one ear bud in untill I felt someone hug me from behind "Hi (Yn)." Ruby said I patted her on the head after she let go

"Hi Ruby how are you?"
"I'm good but how are you feeling?"
"I'm good just a little pain still I didn't know Connie could be so efficient in a unarmed fight."
"Oh." She said I get up and hug her and pat her head as the rest of team RWBY arrives right be hind her "Aww my little sis and her crush." Yang said with a shit eating grin I look up at her and shake my head. "Well I'm going to sit with my team I'll see you later." Ruby said giving me a happy smile as she joined her team.

I sit down and Lubo is giving a shit eating grin and giggling abit "Hey lover boy how is it going?" I just flipped him the bird "Aww man don't be so rude." He said still smiling. I just shake my head and laugh abit "I'm not going to hear the end of this am I Lubo." I say looking at him he puts his hand on my shoulder "Nope. Me and Rebecca are going to give you a hard time. But not until you tell her your feelings man." Lubo stated before Dr. Oobleck started class.

Nothing terribly interesting happened in Oobleck's class just the run of the mill caffeinated teacher happenings but still nothing interesting. The bell rings and we are dismissed me and my team are walking to the cafeteria.

"Hey (Yn)." Rebecca started a conversation "Yeah Rebecca?" I answered "Are you going to tell Ruby how you actually feel about her?" She asked I didn't know what to say to Rebecca about what she just asked I remained silent and a tad bit red on the face also due to the thought of Ruby.

We reached the cafeteria and I still didn't answer her question I got my food and sat down. Then team RWBY sat down across from me Ruby facing me.

*30 minutes earlier*

Ruby's POV
"Hey Ruby I have a question for you?" Yang wrote on a piece of paper "What is it Yang?" I answer back "Do you ya know like (Yn)?" She asked on the paper I blush a little by the question the asked but I don't know how to respond to here question.

"Alright class we are done for now and we have 15 minutes till you are dismissed so study your HISTORY!" Oobleck said Yang got up and moved closer to her little sister "Rubes do you?" She asked again and I blushed more and felt butterflies in my stomach the same way when (Yn) was staring at me.
