As the morning bells rang, That's when the crowned prince, Yasu shot up. His hair is all a mess, but he's too excited for what's about to come.
" IT'S SEALING DAY !" Yasu exclaimed. Running down the stairs as a skyish blue cloak follows him by the tail. His sister follows suit in knowing all too well what this tradition means.
"WAIT UP YASU! " she said, out of breath. Causing the older brother to pick her up and carry her towards the platform above the crowd.
Their father is waiting, standing on the said balcony already. The two children went beside the king and their jaws dropped in awe.
A cheering crowd waits below them, as noisy as it was, the landscape behind the kingdom's gates was a sight to see. A mountain range could be seen from afar. The shining colors of the kingdom's flag waved throughout the time.
"Greetings, My dear people!" Kusunoki said, raising his right hand. A few seconds of silence plummeted until an eruption of cheers were heard.
The King did a sudden motion, making the crowd halt their noise. He gave out a light breath and continued his speech.
"This is the day, When the kingdom was free from the horror of the Marquess of control, Kintoru! To celebrate this fateful day, You all will be at the kingdom's mandatory banquet held in the palace!" he yelled out in joy, as his wings spread out in habit.
The crowd grew happy, Thankful for what The crow man said. He always treats them like they are family. They will never get tired of such a kind hearted man.
After the announcement, everyone left the palace grounds and went back to their respective residences. So did the royal family.
"Hey, dad.." Yasu looked up to his tall father, and caught the attention of Kusunoki. "Yes?" he said in a soft tone.
"Who was the Marquess of Control? Or to be specific..Kintoru?" The king halted his steps, leaving his daughter to go through instead. He knelt on one knee and put his hand on his son's shoulder.
"Do you really want to know, Child?" He put his point out, knowing it may be too much for Yasu. But the young one nodded vigorously, curious.

The peaceful atmosphere of a resting kingdom turned into a land covered in danger and blood. There, A woman dressed in all black walked across the remains of an army, all but the smell of iron and stench faltered onto the air.
An injured man was left before her. Limping with wings covered in his own people's crimson ichor.
"You are caught with no one to fight alongside with,
"Feathered god."
She chirped, walking towards him. "Stay back!" The god taunted, pointing a sharpened sword towards her. But that didn't work towards the marquess.
"How pitiful..." she pushed him to the edge, giving him heeded warning not to keep up with her. Her heels clashed with the stained ground.
"Master would be happy." She smiled, her head going up, only to reveal a mask that had a crept smile.
