After Hermione and Ron got back from their Prefect meeting, they joined Harry and I in their compartment.

I was a little... maybe more than a little jealous of Hermione for getting the Gryffindor Prefect role instead of me. I was happy for her of course, but still a little jealous.

"How was the 'exclusive' meeting?" Harry asked, laughing at his own humour.

"Boring," Ron concluded, sitting down, slouching next to Harry, leaving Hermione to join me on my side. I rolled my eyes at his response. I liked Ron, yes, but he didn't deserve to be a Prefect.

"Draco came late and made an obnoxious amount of noise as usual." Hermione giggled, whilst rolling her eyes. "Then he preceded to not pay attention until taking away house points came up."

Harry chuckled, at Draco's disinterest until he had an opportunity to take points away from Gryffindor. "No doubt to take away points from Gryffindor."

"Yes, assumably." Hermione agreed.

After finally arriving at Hogsmeade Station, Hermione and I led the way with the boys following behind us. We walked along the platform in quiet chatter, when I heard someone calling my name.

"Potter!" Malfoy shouted out. Both Harry and I turned around to face the ferret.

Making a face at Harry when the two boys made eye contact, he nodded his head towards me. "I meant the other Potter... not everything is about you." He sneered.

"What do you want, Malfoy?" I asked, making a disgusted face with annoyance evident in my tone.

He raised his hands in defence, chuckling as he spoke. "Woah, just to talk... what is it your time of the month or something?"

"Oh fuck off, Malfoy." I sneered, insulted by what he said.

He jogged up to me and made a face to the others to stay back. We walked in front of the group, with them following close behind, but enough so they were out of earshot. "What do you think of Theodore Nott?" He questioned.

"Why?" I asked back, surprised by the strange question. "Just answer."

I thought about all my interactions with Theodore. He was always nice to me. He bullied my brother. He once ran into me in the corridors but he then helped pick up all my books while apologising profusely, and then he walked to class. He bullies Hermione for being muggle-born.

"I have mixed feelings. He's nice to me, but he's an arsehole to my friends, so I don't really like him."

I swear I could've heard Draco mumble a 'shit'. "What was that?" I asked.

"Nothing don't worry about it." He ended the conversation, while quickly walking away presumable to meet up with Theodore.

Turning around, I waited for the others to catch up to me and I decided I wasn't going to mention the conversation with Draco until we were in the carriages.

When we arrived at the carriages, Harry started looking around, clearly confused.

"What is it?" Harry asked, looking at what seemed to be nothing. "What's what?" Ron asked dryly. "That. Pulling the carriage."

Hermione and I looked at each other, wondering what he was talking about. "Nothing's pulling the carriages, Harry. It's pulling itself like always." Hermione replied, whilst looking between Ron and I.

Harry started to walk around the carriage, admiring what seemed to be nothing.

"You're not going mad; I can see them too," A girl with silvery blonde hair said, bringing down her magazine. Harry and Ron looked at her weirdly.

"You're just as sane as I am." She smiled softly.

"Everyone, this is looney Love-" Hermione started but stopped, embarrassed as she realised what she had done. "Luna Lovegood."

Luna looked around, trying not to make eye contact with anyone. I gave Luna a sad smile; I know of the name-calling Luna gets. "That's an interesting necklace." Hermione smiled, trying to defuse the tension by creating small talk.

"It's a charm, actually," Luna said. "It keeps away the Nargles." She whispered. "Hungry. I hope there's pudding." She smiled, looking off into the distance.

No one spoke. Luna weirded out the others so much that none of us didn't even try to start small talk. I didn't want to be the one to talk first, but my conversation with Draco Malfoy was all I could think about.

"When Malfoy came up to me, he asked me about Theodore Nott." I started, waiting for their reactions before continuing. "He asked what I thought about Nott." Harry thought about this.

"And what did you say?"

"I told him I didn't like him, that I didn't like any of them," I said, recalling the previous events. "I just thought I would mention it because I thought it was strange."
