{21, my book legally allowed to drink where I live now, total word count once more: 18639. I'm gonna cry. Also, trigger warning, intrusive thoughts and disturbing descriptions}

The two shot up from whatever position they were in and stared at where the voice came from. "Yn?" Moon almost yelled in relief. He ran to hug them. Yn returned the hug and laughed. "What's going on? You're acting like you haven't seen me in years."

Moon pulled from them, grabbing their shoulders, giving them the time to look over at Sun. "Oh, you two are separated." They finally realized. "Yn, you died in the fire." Sun suddenly yelled. Yn looked at him, blankly, gears turning in their head. "Uh, what? Fire?" They smiled, thinking it was some joke.

"The Pizza Plex burned down. You were holding the button. You were so angry." Sun recalled. Yn continued to stare, their face dropping. Their eyes moved down to the floor. "Oh," they started, their eyes widening. "Oh, fuck."

They looked back up at Sun. He didn't bother scold then for their choice if words. Yn sank to the ground, questioning their own reality. How could they forget? They feal alive, how are they dead?

They struggled to get the intrusive memory of what it felt like, the metal on Sun's arms melting on their back, burning through the useless fabric of their shirt. The fire dancing around them, boiling their skin.

⚠️TW over⚠️

"Does that mean I'm a ghost?" They asked. Moon shrugged. "I...guess? I don't know, I've never died before." Yn sighed, not knowing where to go from here. "Go talk to one of the employees, see if they can interact with you." Sun suggested. They nodded and escaped from Moon's hands, leaving the room.

They walked down the hallway and put of the theater. Yn saw two employees talking, they quickly made their way towards the two. "Hey, guys," Yn began, mentally preparing what so say or ask if they responded. Nothing. They tried to touch one of the employees but they only responded with a small shiver.

Yn didn't know how to take this. Why could only Sun and Moon see them? Could the other animatronics see them? "Oh," they whispered. "The other animatronics, what happened to them?" They thought put loud.

Yn made their way to where the other animatronics were. The place was still not fully furnished, some lights still hadn't been wiring properly, but everything was the same aside from that. I guess they managed to save the blue prints. Yn noted.

They found the walls of glass and noticed all the curtains were drawn shut. Being that his room was the closest, Yn decided to go in Freddy's room.

They opened the door to find him sitting in the floor, knees to his chest. Yn walked over to him, wondering if he was lost in thought or he couldn't see them, either. As they got closer, they noticed that he felt more familiar to them, like seeing a childhood friend when they were older and just knowing it was them.

"Freddy?" They approached, gently. He looked up. "Oh, hi, Yn," he paused. "You look odd?" Yn stared. "What do you mean, how?"

"You're see through."

They chuckled. "Isn't that stereotypical." Yn looked back at him. "I'm dead." Freddy's mechanical eyes seemed to widen. "Dead? No way, you're standing right there." He rose. They smiled, weakly. "Yea, that's how I reacted." He looked down. "Do you think.." He didn't finish his sentence, but Yn knew what he was saying. "He probably did."

Freddy stayed in the same position. If he could cry, he would be. A frightened, child-like voice spoke behind Yn, "Why do you look so sad?"

Freddy's head shot up and Yn snapped backward to look at the voice. There was Gregory, see through, like how Freddy described what they looked like. "Gregory!" He said happily, making his way over to the kid.

Yn stood in place. All of this was odd. There's no way the two of them are still here in spirit form for no reason, there has to be something else. They shrugged, Be grateful you're not in Hell or whatever happens in the after life.

They looked back to the two and noticed Gregory's expression was off. He was sad. It made sense, if course, the kid just found out he's dead, but there was something more to it then just that.

You're paranoid, Yn, relax.

They took a deep breath in and pushed all the thoughts of what's going to happen to Gregory and themself to the back of their head and just focused on being happy with the fact that they were still alive-ish. Yn would be fine.

Everything will be normal.

After all, with Sun and Moon being in different bodies, the sex will be twice as good.
