I woke dazed, how did I end up in Monty's room?

As I asked this question I felt something shift behind me.  I turned and saw Monty, asleep hugging me.  And I mean "You are not leaving" hug, tail wrapped and everything.    I honestly don't want to move at all, I feel so safe and secure.   So I just snuggled closer, earning a happy sigh from Monty.   

I could hear whispers from behind the door,  "They haven't come out yet."  It was Roxy.  "Leave them be you four."  Jodi was there too.  There were whispers of disappointment as they left the door.   Not 2 seconds after I heard Jodi's footsteps fade away.

"Finally their gone."  Monty mumbled.   He propped himself up with his elbow,  "Good morning sleeping beauty."    "Good morning Monty."  I nuzzled my beak to his cheek, careful to not scratch him.   He hummed, pleased at the action and proximity.   His fingers ran through my hair as he huffed steam from his nose.    Being and animatronic makes kissing hard.  Especially with a beak, so I'm making replacements for those impossible luxuries.

The clock struck 8am so we had to get up and quickly charge, much to our dismay.

I really needed that charge, because Felix and I were rented for a party of babies and toddlers.  It was absolutely chaotic and beautiful at the same time.  We were in Eagle crafts with a cake, cookies, soda and crafts.

"Ok everyone,  Felix set out see paper plates, strings and rice for our craft.  Please don't eat the rice." I instructed right as a kid was about to eat some uncooked rice.  

"We are going to decorate our plates first!"  Felix and I put buckets for crayons at each table.  30 minutes of coloring and we got to the crafting part.

"Take a cup of rice and put it on you plate like this." I showed them what I meant, thankfully the followed my institutions.
"Now put the other plate on top." And they did.  "Now Felix and I are going to come around and connect the plates properly."  The kids got excited as Felix and I walked around and interacted with them.

"Ok kids, time for the fun part.  Shake em!"  The kids shook the handmade instruments, and boy was it noisy.  But the kids wee happy, and so I'm happy.

The parents seemed ok with it too, so that's a plus!

After the kids gave their noise makers to their parents everything went back to chaos.   Felix and I made sure to keep everyone in the room till it was time to leave, but something had to happen before that.  

The first thing that happened.
I was helping a little baby clean his apple sauce, but got apple sauced in the process.

The second thing that happened.
The kids started a food fight after we told them no,  Felix and I had cake everywhere on us.  The poor Glamrock Freddy and friends cake as decimated.

The third.
Soda was spilled on me.

Felix and I walked out sticky and disgusting.

Jodi gasped once he saw us after I knocked on his office door, making sure to not spread the food mess.  

"My goodness what happened?!"
"Well.... " Felix didn't finish.
"I think it's safe to say Felix and I need a cleaning day."  I completed Felix's sentence.
"Yeah I think so too."  Jodi responded, grabbing his FazWatch to inform staff members.

"Well, the earliest I can get you two clean is after 11pm.  So you have two hours, sadly you'll be sticky for that long."

"OH MY GOSH, WHAT HAPPENED!!!"  Xander and Mardelle came running over.  "Y/n, you're so slimy."  Mardelle sniffed and gagged.  "Yeah, I know Mardelle."   Felix hacked at the smell,  "We have to wait till 11 to get cleaned."   "Do they have to Uncle Jodi?"  Xander pressed.    The man sighed,  "I don't have the cleaning staff here, and there's bad traffic."   

Mardelle squealed  "We could clean them!  With the other animatronics too!"   "Good idea Mardelle, let's do it!"

Felix and I were outside with Mardelle and Xavier, ready to be washed.  The other animatronics were off to the side watching everything go down.   We both whispered what soap we wanted.  Felix recently has been trying to impress Roxy,  so he picked Strawberry and Pine.  I picked Peaches and Roses, both soaps smelling amazing.
Now to be cleaned. 

We spread our limbs for the water layer.  Once we were drenched,  Mardelle scrubbed Felix while Xander scrubbed me.
It felt so good to be clean again.

After an hour of getting cleansed, Felix and I were dried and released.   I instantly jumped and hugged Monty,  "I'm clean!" 
He chuckled,  "Yes, and you smell wonderful."   He spun around as we hugged.

Now it's time for a great nights charging.
