Charlotte was in her office waiting for her next patient to arrive. She looked at her clock on her wall, ticking as she got her stuff ready on her clipboard to write the time when her patient was supposed to arrive. She checked her watch thinking her clock in her office was wrong or broken. But it was the same exact time on her clock. She should've arrived by now. What's taking her so long? She waited and waited.

Thinking that her patient isn't going to be here. Just then her patient rushed into her office apologizing for her late arrival. "That's okay. But I was a little worried. Have a seat." gesturing for her to sit down on the chair besides Charlotte.

After some time with her other patient she thought to call Julia since she was thinking about calling her on her Iphone. She thought to leave a message since Julia was busy or maybe she was sleeping because she was done with work already. Leaving Julia resting Charlotte walked around the waiting room expecting someone to be there waiting for her. But it only turns out to be the secretary shifting her paperworks and typing something on the computer.

Sarah woke up hearing someone making noises down the stairs she tossed and turned hearing these noises. She woke up to a sound where someone screamed for help. Sarah got up panicking, lifting her blanket off of her stomach as she walked towards the bathroom telling her that person needed help. When she got there she looked at herself into the mirror as she leaned closer and said "Hello?".

Nothing was there. No sound, no movements, nothing. There was only a mirror and her reflection looking back at herself. She was about to say something until a dark voice appeared in front of the mirror "Hello." it said looking back at her. It had a dark skin with no eyes peeking out of the mirror as it walked out of the mirror crawling on all fours.

Sarah wasn't scared of it at all since she went through her crazy life so she was okay with it acting like this. The creature turned his head in confusing "Are you not afraid of me young lady?" the creature asked, sitting down just staring at her.

Sarah nodded her head as she felt the need to pat him on the head saying 'Mewp' she loves to say Mewp. Mewp is fun to say it hypes her up when she is down or when other people are down she'll say the word Mewp. Whenever she says Mewp everyone around her calms down and laughs with her. She is one funny girl. Mewp her monster friend smiled at her and laughed as he said Mewp back poking her nose while they both laughed together.

Sarah laughed and laughed with her friend Mewp. She then stopped just as she heard the door begin to open. Being awfully quiet like nothing had happened while Charlotte was gone. Charlotte smiled as she held a piece of cake. "What's so funny? And I brought you a chocolate covered cake! If you want some that is." she smiled, placing the small plate onto a table.

"So, I heard laughing. What's so funny?" she asked, sitting down besides Sarah playing with her hair. "Um, Well..." Sarah started off while she saw Mewp sitting in the corner just looking at her. "Is that okay if I show Charlotte my drawing of you? Is that okay Mewp?" she asked while Charlotte had a confused look on her face.

"Who's Mewp? And what picture are you showing me?" Charlotte began to wonder what Sarah was planning on doing nested. "I'll show you Charlotte!" she smiles at her.

"He's a really good friend!'' As she pulled out of her backpack taking out a paper revealing it to Charlotte she took the paper as she began to scan her drawing of a dark monster with black skin and black horns, no eyes, white sharp teeth and a halo on top of his head with black wings. His claws are sharp and pointy. Charlotte was about to call the police thinking that she's crazy but she couldn't because she wouldn't know what to say to them.

And it's not an actual emergency. She thought about the drawing a bit more when she finally gave it back to Sarah. "Is he nice or mean to you?" Sarah had thought about it for a bit until she smiled at her saying "He's nice to me like a lot! He's my only friend." she says looking sad. Her depression is getting worse.

Charlotte had thought just looking at the poor girl. She had gone through a lot as well. Maybe that's why she has a 'friend' standing by her side at all times. She's just lonely. Or maybe it was her parents abandoning her just because they didn't want her in the first place. And on top of that she's been struggling with school getting bullied all the time. Poor, girl! I was once there. I know how it feels to be different. It wasn't easy for me either. Looks like you and I are on the same boat. But don't worry things will get better. I promise. If not, I'll try to make life easier for you, Sarah.

Charlotte was getting up as she was about to say goodnight to her until she saw blood on Sarah's arm. She screamed, lifting Sarah's right arm stunned by her cuts. "Sarah! What happened!" she yelled at her grabbing bandages. She came back holding her medical kit as she sat down bandaging Sarah's both of her arms. "Sarah! Please! Don't ever do this again! Promise me! You won't ever do this again!" she begged. Sarah only nodded as tears streamed down her face. "I'm sorry, I was only thirsty of my own blood." Charlotte didn't say a word after that.
