Sarah woke up from her nap as the nurse got up running to get a doctor yelling "She's up, She's up!" they grab the things that they needed to treat Sarah. Sarah opened up her eyes looking around the room. "Mom? Mother? Are you here? Where are you?" she asks looking around the room.
"Sweetie, You don't have any parents. I'm here to take care of you for now on. Your going to be okay." Sarah was confused "Where's Mewp, Charlotte, Chloe and Julia?" she ask. The doctor was confused at first. "Sarah what do you mean? Who are they?" he says as he checks the visitors list. "There's no one that has that name. Sarah? Are you okay?" he asks looking at her.
"Sarah, You don't have any parents. Your parents died due to a car crash. The police found you alive while your parents and siblings were already dead. I'm sorry for your loss. Your Uncles came in here to see you. He is now going to take care of you for now on." the doctor said as Sarah's tears streaming down her face.
"So, this is reality."
Sarah was in a coma for months. This was all in her head.
