The dream changed. After ten years of the same nightmare, it changed.

In place of the darkness, I could see the man that pulled me from the wreckage. He carried me to safety and wiped my face clean of the blood and tears. Instead of scared, I felt like our hearts were momentarily entwined. I felt safe in his arms.

He lay me down on the street, careful of my injuries. Those glowing red eyes looked straight into my soul, and I could finally hear what he was saying.

It was a single word.

"Mate."

Welcome to the rewritten version of Claimed by the Primals. 

Hello! I'm back and so is this mess of a story! Lets not waste any time and get right into it!

1. This story has been entirely rewritten. The majority of the waffling has been taken out, and we get to the important bits of the story sooner. I'm sorry if you really enjoyed the original version, but I needed to do this for me. I am just pasting over the old chapters, so if some of the comments at the bottom don't really make sense, that's why.

2. Chapters are going to be a lot shorter than you're used to from me. I'm aiming for 2300 to 2700 max. I have challenged myself to finish the entire story start to finish in less than 75,000 words. If you don't know, that's kind of a big deal, because my two finished projects (at the time of writing) are more than double that. lol.

3. This story will feature a polyamorous relationship between two men and one woman. This is the first time I've ever written a poly relationship, I have no idea what I'm doing, so if something is seriously wrong or insulting with my portrayal of it, I strongly encourage you to let me know through either the comments, DM, or the email on my profile page. My intent is not to insult, only to entertain. We all have to start somewhere, and I'm starting here.

However, if your complaint is that you

- don't like poly relationships;
- think that men shouldn't be sexually attracted to other men; or
- are just overall against the LGBTQ+ community;

Please keep them to yourself. 

I am a part of this amazing, beautiful community, and I have strived to make my page and profile a welcoming, safe space. If you cannot be accepting of that, I would rather you just leave.

4. This story is rated mature for sexual content. If anyone is surprised by that, then welcome to your first experience with my stories! I hope you enjoy. As per Wattpad's Content Guidelines, this story is not appropriate for anyone under seventeen (17). I would honestly prefer you be over eighteen (18), but that's my own personal opinion.

Unlike the other stories, I am going to do away with the full warning at the beginning of those chapters, but they will continue to be titled with (R). So if you don't want the full-blown explicit chapters, you're going to have to pay attention.

The sexual content itself will include questionable anatomy. Knotting. There's gonna be knotting. Amongst other... things. There will also be aspects of domination, submission, bondage, and very minor consensual-non-consent. All characters are either human or humanoid in such a nature that they are fully capable of consenting to these activities.

*I'm new to this too, so I am going to ask for a bit of forgiveness if this isn't the best in the world in this kind of content! Book-Tok is ruining me! 🙈*

5. Posting schedule. I have one. For the moment. I'm posting this and the first two chapters today (June 1, 2022) and will start posting chapters every Friday starting June 10, 2022. I hope I'm going to be able to keep up with this consistently (I'm saying this knowing full way I'm going on vacation at the end of the month and I have no idea if I'm going to have service lmao). But, you guys know me, and I love you for your patience, and I do have another major project going on at the same time, so we're just going to have to see.

Welcome (again) to Claimed by the Primals
