The day she met Taehyung was the exact same day Ava agreed to do this. It only took overnight for her to finally decide on giving this a go. Rian never pushed her, instead she gave Ava an option... a much more feasible option.
Her aching body and tired mind weren't the reasons for Ava to give up and bite the bullet. It was the thought of Tristan having to auction her off like a possession to the highest bidder he could find that made her cringe and find another way out. She wanted to get off his grip and to do that, she needs to settle her debt.
"Remeber Ava... even after the shoot, there's still a chance for you to back out." Rian said with a worried expression on her face.
Rian made it clear from the get go that she's not being held against her will. She explained everything so clearly that it didn't take much for Ava to get what her line of work is.
"I pose to have my pics taken... the entire theme is all up to me but I need to have it approved for quality control." Rian said as she shows Ava a few sample shots she's done, flipping the magazine pages in front of her.
Ava felt her cheeks getting hot in pure embarrassment as Rian showed her nudes. Geez, she's way sexier on print! She definitely deserves to be on the centerfold. Ava suddenly felt a big pit in her tummy as she imagines herself doing the same thing.
"You get to partner with a photographer who exclusively takes your pictures." She explained. Rian said it was best to have exclusivity between subject and photographer. This way, she'll get more comfortable as time progresses. Although she made it pretty clear that Ava can back out at anytime. But the moment printed photos are out, there's no turning back.
The company she's joining is underground in the sense that it protects the privacy of its workers. So Ava's sure to live a normal life without having to worry of being recognized in public.
Images taken are securely pooled in the system and not anyone can gain access to the materials that easily, not even Ava or her photographer. All stuff done within the walls of the building, stays in there.
"Do you have any questions so far?" Rian asked as she sees Ava shifting in her seat.
"I'm just afraid someone might recognize me." Ava said in a worried tone.
"No one will recognize you... believe me, you can't even tell who you are." Rian said confidently.
After a few hours, Ava was called to meet her photographer on their first ever day of shoot. Jin ushered her to a small conference room where she sees a guy... not just a regular guy but someone who looked like he just stepped out of a magazine.
