G.B would place his sword against a tree, placing his helmet ontop of it, keeping his gaze locked onto me. "How long has it been old friend?" He would say to me, catching his breath as he rubbed his wrists.

Its almost like I'm barely ever able to process things in this day and age now. Someone else or something else happens that requires my full attention. "Almost three years, you went off to go lay siege on rouge vampires and their forts in different regions... now that you're back, I'm assuming you were successful" I would say to him, wincing from the dagger wound at my side, covering the wound with my hand. Damned hunter weapons.

"My my, he's certainly a formidable one, and not one ounce of vampire DNA that I can sense from him, yet he's stronger then a regular human, and some hunters. You know quite the characters little fledgling" Lævatienn would say in my head.

I would huff in response and G.B would give a slight chuckle. "Quite successful. Came back to ask you to join us on a siege, but I also here that you finally are falling... decided to see for myself what the truth was" he would tell me.

I would give slight grunt, shifting around while the pain in my side throbbed "if you asked me much earlier, I would have obliged happily... along you didn't need to attack me to get your answers you know" I would say to him, wincing slightly from the pain.

G.B would give a slight laugh before digging into my pocket, grabbing something and tossing it to me. I'd catch it, examining it. It happened to be a vial with red liquid in it. I'd narrow my eyes, looking at him, and he'd have this smirk on his face.

"I thought we agreed to stop doing this" I would tell him with a slight sneer. He'd simply laugh before answering "only if you were injured, of which, you are. And you wont properly heal without it so be a man and do what needs to be done" he would tell me.

I would huff in protest before popping the cork off the vial, downing the red liquid. The sensation would instantly hit my tongue, however, it certainly tasted different then human blood, and that of Yuki's blood.

I'd toss the vial, clenching my eyes tightly before the stinging pain slowly vanished, and I'd take a deep breath out, looking to him. "Who's blood was that?" I'd ask him.

Hed shrug, pushing off the tree he was leaning against "oh you know... just regular old pureblood blood. Seems to have worked however" he would say to me as he went back to his sword and helmet, sheathing his sword and holding his helmet.

"Go figure, still on this little quest of yours to stop my decline huh?" I would say, wiping my mouth slightly before crossing his arms, letting out a slight sigh.

"Quite so, like you are on your own little quest for revenge and to find your maker to stop the decline. I been doing what I can to find the pureblood that done this or even ties to it. Unfortunately, no luck but vials of blood from the rogue purebloods in different regions" he would explain to me.

"Also, seems you been well adjusted of sorts to your sickness. See you managed to use vampiric abilities. Didn't read that on the report of you so I'm guessing thats hush hush... though black flames certainly narrow it down" he would say to me.

"Interesting, he has an inkling of who I may be, less there are other vampires with the same abilities. Along rather risky to feed you pureblood blood. Human blood may not be able to sate you the same if you keep downing vials like that... however, if its comforting to you, i didn't happen to see memories of the vampires blood you drank, maybe a good sign for you and your true hope to cling to your humanity" Lævatienn would tell me.

Id look at my clothes, of which now have dried blood and a hole at the side indicating where I got stabbed. I would sigh before looking back to him "what are your plans now that you're here?" I would ask him.
