(A/N: All the pictures of the different rooms are from different sources and places; not the photo of the resort itself below. They are not mine, I do not own them. I merely borrowed them for my artistic license to show what I imagine the rooms in my story being like. Cheers!)As Petunia landed with Tom and Harry in the wheelchair upon the most stunning white-sand beach with verdant foliage and isolated lodgings hidden by Harry's ancestor's family magic; she widened her eyes in sheer wonder to the magical place she just landed in. She was a squib and only had a very minor ability to sense magic; yet...she felt the magic here clearly and vibrantly.
How relaxing and recuperative it was; how healing energy was pretty much in the very air around her. Then she started as Adrianna burst out of the house; her feet bare and wearing nothing more than a bikini with a sheer white cover. Her hair unbound and her face wide in a smile as her eyes shined with tears.
Harry woke instantly at the sudden change and then eyed Tom with confusion. His angelic face scrunched as his exquisite eyes questioned him.
"T?" He said softly
Tom stared to the sheer luxury that this place was; too modern in design to really be a wizard's home, yet it was most definitely one. He felt the very essence of healing here; this was being done for them, for Harry and him.
To give them time
To shelter and protect them
And...to allow them closure with acceptance fully(A/N: This is actually a resort in Fiji that is on Vomo Island; which is 15 minutes of Helicopter time from Nadi International Airport. It doesn't have a second level as far as I recall reading about; but does show the amount of modernity and luxury I wanted to convey in this chapter for the house. Just...Use your imaginations for the rest!)
"Harry." Adrianna knelt before them and smiled as she cried softly
Harry eyed her and then suddenly looked away; saddened for some reason. Adrianna then silently asked Tom to hand him to her. He gently did so as she cradled Harry to her and cracked a little as Harry gripped onto her, and she sobbed as she rocked him.
"It's okay Little Fawn; I know you didn't mean to hurt me back then. You were hurting...With a pain I can't even fathom; for I can't know what a soul feels like when it is breaking apart. When it begins to crack and to completely shatter itself. You only wanted to not feel it; you wanted Tom back." She whispered to him softly
Harry hesitantly looked to her, "Moo...?"
She smiled and let her tears come out to push her poison out of her, "I am just so glad; so, so very glad that you live, little fawn. You make my days brighter than they were, and to lose you after your mum and dad...I couldn't..." She clutched him and sobbed
Tom's eyes didn't exactly know fully how to process this scene. He felt too much now to really understand and comprehend how to place it. Vernon then approached with Dudley; whose blue eyes lightened when he saw Harry awake and present.
