A young man was running, there were beads of sweat visible on his forehead. He had broad shoulders, muscles seemed visible on his tight turtleneck shirt, his hair was an unusual white color. He looked like an alpha in those fantasy ABO novels mentioned.
He ran and ran until he reached a hospital, stopping at the entrance to catch his breath. His breathing was uneven, clenching his chest, he panted.
A male nurse saw him and immediately asked what was wrong. The young man who was still out of breath grabbed the nurse's shoulders making the nurse flinch.
Before the nurse could ask again, the other man cut him first, "You- where- Delia- Baby!" He barely managed to say through his breath. The nurse couldn't understand, he lead the breathless man to a chair near them.
The nurse hurriedly gave him a bottle of water from who knows where. The young man took it quickly and said thank you. He drank it in one gulp, a few seconds passed by and his breathing became even, and he was finally able to ask what he wanted to ask. "Uhm, sir? Do you know which room is Delia Mendes? She's giving birth right now."
"Delia Mendes?" The nurse repeated, he asked the other man to wait then the nurse went to the front desk.
The nurse came back a few minutes later, the man sitting down stood up. He waited not patiently until the nurse spoke. "Sir, Miss Delia Mendes is in room 404 on the 3rd floor-" the nurse couldn't even finish what he was saying but the man ran off without a word.
The man stopped and didn't forget to say thank you and continued off to run. The nurse could only sigh and continued to do what he was doing before.
For the whole 5 minutes, the man kept on running. He cursed behind his breath, he kept on searching for another 2 minutes and finally reached to his destination.
A female nurse just walked outside the room and he called out. The nurse looked at him, "My name's Qian, im here for Miss Delia, Delia Mendes." He said, the nurse widened his eyes, she asked the man to sit down and said to wait for a while.
