Dear Diary...
I've learned something very important about the man I love; never disappoint him. Not only was the Phantom not forgiving towards the managers, he showed how truly terrible he could be if he wasn't obeyed.
During our performance, the Phantom must have climbed into the workings above the stage and strangled one of the prop builders. He then hung the man from the rafters so that everyone in the audience could see the body.
Everyone including Raoul. After the body was revealed, he ran backstage to see if I was alright. I led him to the roof where I thought he would be safe from the Phantom's wrath.
Raoul was safe from him, but I was not safe from Raoul. I explained that the Phantom would never hurt me because he loves me and I love him. But instead of understanding, he tried to explain how I was wrong to love him; how the Phantom was just a nightmare, and that I shouldn't think about him. And then he did something that I never thought my best friend would do... He kissed me.
I didn't know how to react, so I just pushed him away and ran. I've been trying to avoid him ever since.
