Tejo was utterly suprised when she saw him. She was unprepared for this meeting. Now that he is infront of her all that bottled up anger re-surfaced. Her wide eyed expression was instantly replaced with a stern look and with a hint of anger. She looked at the flowers he brought along, they are arranged exactly the way she likes with a sorry note. She decided to refuse both flowers and sorry from him.

"Tejoji main andar aa sakta hoon ya aap mujhe ghoor ghoor ke dekhne se hi aaj kaam chala loon?" Angad said sarcastically.

"Mujhe nahi pata tha ki aap aaj aane wale hai Mr.Maan, pls take a seat and please forgive me aapke flowers main accept nahi kar sakti," Tejo sounded hurt and Angad understood really well when she addressed him with his last name.

"Nahi nahi Tejoji flowers apke liye nahi hai," he said aloud and mumbled," I hope woh maan jaaye iss Maan ki maafi ko."

Tejo wondered about the girl he was talking about. He never mentioned meeting anyone in Shimla or Moga. It must be his friend or dear one she thought

"Aapke khaas dost hai kya? " Tejo was intrigued about this mysterious girl he was talking. She just wanted to refuse that bouquet out of anger but now that she knew it wasn't for her she felt a tinge of jealousy for the woman he is trying so hard to apologise.

"Bahut khaas hai woh mere liye bas uska gussa Kam hojaye." He leaned on to the table and looked into her eyes confusing her further. "What is he trying to imply? He never spoke about anyone else other than Riya" she thought to herself and assumed it was for Riya but Riya is a child and was not fond of flowers infact she was allergic to pollen.

"Riya kaisi hai?" Tejo enquired about the little kid. She called her grandmother several times to arrange a video call but the old woman kept refusing.

Angad missed Riya and the old lady denied to arrange a meeting for two days in a month and said it was impossible since Riya is in boarding school and rules don't oblige. He agreed on first month but the same answer for next month made him furious. She was trying every method to avoid his meeting and also answering his calls very minimally which infuriated him. She was not following orders of court. He needed help and Mishti, his friend recommended to take help of new lawyer who he is yet to meet later in the day.

Tejo observed the change in Angad's expression when she asked him, she was angry but never wanted him to be sad. If being selfish is her sister's core quality her's is to be selfless. His silence spoke a lot about his current state he looked sad, confused and there was something else which she couldn't put a finger on. She is still angry but she also considers him as her best friend.

"Bahut Miss kar rahe ho Riya ko?" Tejo asked him with concern putting aside all her anger. Her voice always had this soothing effect on him. He could only love her more for that.

"Hmm.. I am sorry Tejo ji, main kush toh nahi hoon bas ek fake smile lagakar mere employees ko dhoka de sakta hoon par apne aap ko nahi." He continued, " mere life ke two of the most important log ko promise kiya aur nibha nahi paya, I am pretty sure they both hate me now"

Tejo was suprised at Angad's words. "Two of the most important people in his life, ek toh Riya hai aur dusra kaun hai?" Her mind was hinting the other person is none other than her but she brushed away the thought about her being the possibility.

" Kiski baat kar rahe hai aap Angadji? Mujhe jaha tak pata hai ek Riya hai, Dusre jo bhi hai vunse baat kijiye aur problem sort out kijiye, I am sure woh aapko maaf karenge.". She said./

"Toh maaf kardijiye na Tejorita." He asked like a kid with those puppy eyes. But he under-estimated the sorrow Tejo was going through.

Tejo was locking up so much anger and frustration in her mind from past few months that she was so overwhelmed by sudden attention she was getting because of him. Tears rolled down her cheeks and her doe like eyes turned beet red.
