Pushed

How could such a tiny thing be so deadly?

The silver sliver of metal gleamed as it begged to be used.

Your heart was sobbing and aching, feeling confused and conflicted by the rules of society.

The small white pills felt betrayed that you haven't used them recently.

Your pretty red bracelets were itching with excitement, knowing soon they would be getting more friends

The knotted rope hung limply from the door frame, waiting for you to stand on the chair.

They were all anxiously awaiting the day that you were pushed over the edge so one of them would get the satisfaction of ending your pain.
