Sighing, she saw the man dropped against the tree unconscious. More like he was sleeping from the exhaustion that he had gotten from fighting her, and the amount of stamina the healing took away from him. Y/n knew there was going to be some sort of drawbacks for healing humans, despite that she was glad it worked. Unlike Humans, Demons don't loose stamina quickly.

Knowing that she could live under the sunlight now, Y/n leaned against a tree near Shinjuro and hugged her knees as she sat down. Slowly she started to dose off too.

"He-! Hey! Chil- Wake U-!" Was what she heard as she slowly stirred awake from her slumber. 'Oh it's dark, must mean it's night again. Wait, but who is waking me up?' Y/n thought as she opened her eyes. "Huh?"

"Get up, we'll be travelling back soon." Said Shinjuro. He held out his hand like how Y/n had offered him before. Y/n gladly took his hand.

"You do realise this counts as breaking the Corp's rules right?" Reminded Y/n as she accepted Shinjuro's hand.

"...Righttt" said Shinjuro as he dragged on the word. "Don't worry, I'm quitting after this mission anyways." He said as he smiled at her smugly.

"Pfft, Rengoku-san? Shin-san?" Y/n asked happily trying to imply the nickname.

"Whatever." was what she heard the pillar mutter.

"Where to go..?" Y/n muttered as she started to finally question where she was going to live from now on.

"You're living at my estate, but turn into your human form and hide your aura if you can. I'm sure you can do that since only demons like uppermoons can manage this." Requested Shinjuro as he turned to face the girl. "and I'm keeping you to make sure you don't eat anyone."

"HUHH?!?!?!" Y/n covered her face as it turned red from the embarrassment and the praise he gave her. "I-I mean I'm not that s-strong, Right?" She murmured.

"Tch, Whatever, lets go and start practicing on doing those two things first. " Explained the hashira as he realised the confused voice form the demon. "Also thank me later for lying to the master." Emphasising on the fact that he had already told his crow to go to the Ubuyashiki Estate and make a false report on the fact that he had already killed the demon.

"THANK YOU SOO MUCH SHIN-SAN!" Y/n shouted in Japanese as she bowed before she caught up to him.

"There yet?" Asked Y/n as she jumped around from tree to tree

"No"

"HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU, DEMON WE AREN'T THER-... actually we're here now" Sighed Shinguro as he massaged his forehead.
