In a cold yet joyous night in the Castle George, a engagement banquet was held. It was to celebrate the engagement and the union of the two most prestigious noble family in the empire, the Baroque and Vance. All of the renowned nobles and even the Imperial family was there, wearing their most modest dress and luxurious ornaments. Everyone was smiling, a sweet melody from the orchestra was playing, but the two main character of the night was missing. Perhaps it's because they're occupied to be acquainted to the Imperial Princess, they forgot that they were there for the engagement.

Guinevere and Lesley, the two main character of the night was on their way somewhere where no one could see them. No ears could hear them. A place where they're alone together.

"Where are you we going? Tell me." Lesley asked as she confusedly stare at her fiance. Guinevere was dragging her away from the banquet hall for minutes. She kept asking her multiple times where they're going but Guinevere didn't even cared to glance at her and reply. "Was she furious?" She asked herself. However, she cannot fathom why.

The Castle George was huge but the anxiety she felt was strong that she forgot how tired she was. Oh, damn. She rather be tired. Lesley shut her mouth and stopped bothering her fiance. The hall filled with an awkward silence that all she could hear was Guinevere's breath, her heavy footsteps, and the beats of her heart. She could feel her warmth from their holding hands. Lesley's cheeks turned red. Everything about Guinevere is addicting.

Guinevere halted. Thank heavens, she finally stopped. Because anymore minute in that silence will make her lose her sanity. There was a huge door infront of them which Guinevere immediately opened. She dragged Lesley again which she didn't even bothered to resist.

"My lady, this is-"

Before Lesley could finish her sentence, Guinevere slammed the door shut and locked it. She then proceeded to push Lesley against the wall. Lesley was confused, but then her expression turned concerned when her fiancee looked up at her. She was crying. Guinevere was in tears. And it even became worse when she saw her face. Lesley hadn't noticed it awhile ago because she could only see her back while they were walking, but Guinevere was holding her tears that could fall down her cheeks while they were still on the banquet hall. Lesley trembled then caressed her cheeks carefully. "What's wrong?" She asked in her sweetest voice.

But Guinevere screamed, screamed her frustration, jealousy, and anger out. "Why... Why is it that whenever I see you with someone, my heart hurts like it wants to burst? Why is it that whenever I hear my name coming from your mouth, I feel so happy? " Guinevere said, her voice cracking. Tears are flowing more from her eyes. Her heart feels like it's going to burst because it hurts like hell. Her knees suddenly felt like melting, like she couldn't stand properly, but Lesley caught her.

"We're both ladies, so I know this is a feeling that I shouldn't feel-"

"You're saying that after we kissed? After we almost..." Lesley cut her off but couldn't manage to continue her sentence. "Indeed. We kissed. Not once, nor twice, but thrice. But it feels so wrong. " Guinevere whispered.

"Is it also wrong to love you? No, I don't think so. " Lesley whispered in her ears. Guinevere shuddered. She felt an electrifying feeling in her body after she felt Lesley's breath on her ears. Her heart was beating like crazy because of Lesley's confession.

"Can I kiss you?"

"Will you marry me?"

They both said it at the same time.
