I am Lady Luciel, refered to as a princess, however, I am not too fond of the title.. Well I wasn't... until- I'll explain the entire thing.

I stand at about 5'5, with long red hair and blue eyes, my hair has a slight curl to it but other than that, relatively straight. In my kingdom I am known as the "budding rose" at least-I was.

Now then,
I was 14 when the kingdom was attacked, in fact, it was my 14th birthday! I was asked where the King was, by a strange figure, of course I suggested all the places he would be, and he wasn't there. I began to dread that he had passed and sure enough, my fears became true.. The cloaked figure revealed himself,
"I am Lord Eddensworth, the king killer", I was shocked to say the least! I had helped this man try to find my father. I was overcome with rage and hurt, however, I couldn't do anything, he was armed and I wasn't, instead, I stood there, frozen, full of anger and hurt, when suddenly, there was a big bang at the door.

Bang. Bang. Bang.

The door crashed down, and some kind of monster came in, seemingly seeking vengeance on the man who had fooled me. It was perfect! Everything was falling into place! At least, I thought so. They had a duel and the beast ended up winning, he sliced the man's head off with one slick movement, poor guy stood no chance, then the orc looked at me. In a huffed voice he demanded, "Take the royal family hostage... make sure they're alive." I scowled and frowned to myself, desperately thinking of a way to escape, though, nothing came to mind.
An orc grabbed me.
He threw me over his shoulder.
I struggled, flailing my arms everywhere, my heart was pounding as adrenaline rushed through my veins, though, it all seemed fruitless when I saw my hits and kicks did little to no damage to the orc.

Eventually, we made it to this place.. there was a tomb and the disgusting thing threw me inside. I braced my body, ready for impact, surprisingly there wasn't any, instead I was caught in the arms of a handsome man.. - at least, I hoped I would've been. As you guessed, it was another orc. His scales were red matching the environment, seemingly a camouflage, then he came back.

I glanced and there was the "leader" of the orcs, the one who ordered the kidnapping. I was thrown down and the bottom of my dress tore, then we proceeded to walk, well I got dragged, for what seemed like forever, I was barefoot and the hot rocks were scolding my soles, the sharp points and edges digging into my skin and piercing my foot. We walked and walked and walked.
CRASH. BANG. CRACKLE.
Those sounds echoed in my mind, my head was killing and my thoughts racing. We had made it to a huge ribcage, I'd assume from a giant, however all around was lava and fire, an odd environment for a giant to be dead in. I looked up towards the top of the ribcage and a man was sat there, close to the top, he wore a black suit with slick back hair, though his skin was red and he had horns and a pair of wings, seemingly spikey.

"A mortal of value?", the strange man spoke.
"Indeed my lord!" The orc hummed as he bowed before him.
The strange man snickered and rose, "You know what happens to mortals in this realm, do you not?" his golden eyes pierce towards me, analysing me.
I shook my head, "I do not", the orc grabbed my face by the chin,
"Don't you dare speak like that to the king!", the 'king' let out a chuckle as he walked down towards me, away from his throne. Upon closer inspection, he was rather handsome, just not my type. He had a sharp, defined jawline and a pointed nose with thin, cold eyes. He moved a piece of my hair out of my face and smirked, "A princess, huh? I'm being spoiled. Take her to the ice Palace"
Without hesitation, the disgusting beasts dragged me away from the strange man and dragged me into a cold void.
My dress was torn and raggedy, my feet bare and cut, "So... you're a princess.." a voice echoed from behind me.
I nodded and glanced at the voice, it was a shadowy figure, floating beside me. "Yknow, fate brought us here," it chuckled.
"Well fate said I'd be a princess," I announced.
"Fate can change"

For 5 years, I stayed in the underworld and endured the torture of freezing and being alone. The shadowy figure proved to be good and released me from the underworld eventually. We got out of the underworld through a portal it created and ended up back at the castle.
"Well, maybe fate was correct, you truly are destined to be a princess. Trust the figure upstairs, would you?" and with those parting words, he left me stood there, dazed outside of the castle.

My hair was messy and tattered, my dress torn and knackered, my feet bare and cut, my hands cold and dirty. I couldn't wait to get back into the castle, however, when I got in, none of the guards recognised me, nobody did besides my mother.. who I thought had passed when I was younger, she was the only one who welcomed me with open arms and an open heart despite my raggedy and tortured appearance.
