January 7, 2012 is a day Zayn Malik will never forget. It was the day he lost everything. It's clear that you can't control what will happen to you in life, and this was obviously a situation that he couldn't control. It started off as a normal day for him and he had just gotten out of work. He was on his way home to meet up with his wife and his now teenage daughter to celebrate his daughter's 16th birthday. It was the only night he had free for his wife and daughter since he was always working and barely ever had any time for them. Who knew that such tragedy was going to change his way of living forever.
