chapter 1: the performing arts academy is today

Ariana POV->

Today is the opening day for the performing arts academy which dad disapproves of, so for my luck dad will be busy at work as usual and me and Arcee will be at the academy today. I'm really excited too start learning new moves including my two other classes that I am gonna do at the academy.

Arcee said,

"Ready for today ariana"

Ariana said,

"Nervous, but i'm ready for today Arcee"

When we where getting ready too leave dad came down and greeted us for breakfast so I hid my dance stuff into my gym bag and made sure that he didn't see them.

Optimus said,

"Morning girls, where are you both headed too at this hour in the morning."

Arcee said,

"We're just going too the park optimus we'll be fine promise, you seriously need too lighten up a little honey."

Optimus said,

"I know sweetspark, but it's not that simple."

Arcee said,

"Hey Ariana, why don't you go and check too see that if you have everything for the park upstairs in your room *wink*."

Arian said,

"Okay Arcee *wink* I'll double check some things in my bag."

I went upstairs so that arcee can try too convince my dad about the things i'm gonna do and hopefully fingers crossed that it works maybe.

Arcee's POV->

When Ariana left upstairs it was just me and Optimus alone and now I can try too talk too him about Ariana's dream.

Arcee said,

"Listen optimus there's something that i need too tell you."

Optimus said,

"It will have too wait sweetspark, i'm gonna be late for work."

Arcee said,

"Thats the problem, your spending so much time with work that you haven't made time for your daughter, look i know that you two haven't seen eye too eye in forever, but you gotta stop overbearing her with these rules. *sighs* don't you think that you should let her go? I mean she is 18 year's old for primus sake hun and let her grow up, she can't be your little girl forever."

I tried too tell Optimus too lighten up on the rules he put on Ariana but no matter what I do he just won't listen too her so I try too convince him but he won't listen anytime sooner or later.

Optimus said,

"I have too go arcee we can finish this at a later date ok."

Arcee said,

"*sighs* ok hun but just take what i said to thought ok optimus."

He nodded his head yes and gave me a full kiss on the lips and hugged me tight and then he left the house and i saw Ariana on the steps with an upset face and i pulled her into a hug and squeezed her real tight she was really upset that her dad won't be attending her favorite academy with her at all.

Arcee said,

"It's ok, Ariana, we'll convince him about your dream, maybe we can try again tomorrow ok honey."

Ariana nodded sadly at the progress that we aren't even making right now we've been trying too convince him for a while, but he just won't listen too her, because he wants Ariana too be like him strict and overbearing, since the death of elita-1 he became distant with his daughter and focused on her forced future.
