Daejung P.O.V
I stepped into my building, greeted my secretary and made my way to my office while being bombarded with questions and news from my employees.
"Seriously, did they forget that I'm their boss? Sometimes I think I'm being too nice. Where in the world did they get the courage to come and ask ME why I didn't show up to work yesterday!"
"Boss, I'll make sure to talk to them about it but I think they are just worried about the new requirements so far." Mr. Lim; his secretary says trying to sound as considerate as possible.
"No, it's ok, I understand, maybe I'm just more stressed about this than I thought. So is the email I got today true?"
"Yes sir, it's confirmed, I think he is getting really serious about this, Boss"
I nodded as he sigh in frustration trying to figure out how to get out of this situation but he new deep down there was nothing he could do.
"Welp, Let's start the preparations!"
10 Hours Later~
Author P.O.V.
After a long day of work Daejung decides to come home early as the clock hits 5:00 he packs his bags and files, ready to head out.
Meanwhile at the mansion MingMei has just finished cooking dinner when she heard the doorbell ring again. She peaked through the hole and saw Daejung's parents so she opened the door for them.
"Welcome Mr. and Mrs. Wang!"
"Hello MingMei! Is Daejung home yet?"
"No, not yet."
"Okay then, we can wait."
Mr. and Mrs. Wang make their way to the living room where they meet MingMei's parents.
"Well, I'm glad you two found each other." Says Mrs. Wang
"Well, since Daejung hasn't come home yet why don't we talk about business Mr.Zhou?" Mr. Wang says in a very strong voice.
Mr. Zhou nods and excuses himself as he follows Mr. Wang out the room.

Daejung gets out his car exhausted but looking forward to seeing his parents as he calls MingMei to let her know he's at the door. MingMei opens the door and Daejung greets his mom as usual.
"Where is dad, mom?"
"Oh, He and Mr. Zhou went to talk about something upstairs."
"Oh, Ok."
"THE FOOD IS READY!" MingMei yells as she lays the drinks and cups down.
Daejung, Mrs. Wang and Mrs.Zhou and soon Mr. Wang And Mr. Zhou both came to the table to eat. In the mist of the clanking of utensils, Mr.Wang finally speaks up.
"Daejung."
"Yes, Father?"
"I'm going to have to speak with you about something."
"What is it?"
Mr.Wang sighs as he side eyes Mr. Zhou and speaks.
"We have a proposal for you."
"A proposal?"
"Yes, you remember what I spoke to you about last time?"
"Yes." Daejung says kinda hesitantly causing MingMei to grow curious.
"Well, I have decided to make a move on that." Mrs.Wang turns her head to what her husband said.
"I have arranged with Mr. Zhou for you and MingMei to get married."
"WHAT!" Daejung yells in shock. MingMei and Mrs.Zhou look at Mr.Zhou for an explanation but he turns his head. And Mrs.Wang looks at her husband in disbelief.
"Since when have we agreed to this!?" Mrs.Wang says astonished by her husbands sudden decision.
"Stay out of this, honey." Mr.Wang says but gets cut off by MingMei.
"Did you agree to this!?" She says to Mr.Zhou but he stays with his head down still not daring to look at her.
"I thought you said it was up to me?! And now you just suddenly change your mind and got me with some random girl!?" Daejung cuts her off yelling at Mr.Wang.
"THATS ENOUGH!" Mr.Wang yells to stop the arising chaos. "Me and Mr. Zhou has made our decision and you can't change my mind."
Everyone stop yelling due to the sudden seriousness in his voice and decided to eat quietly. When everyone was done they quietly left to there separate ways still angry and confused at the situation.
MingMei P.O.V.
I was so upset!
How could my dad agree to such a deal! Without my consent! Suddenly my door opened and I saw my dad come in. And I was not happy.
"Dad, leave. I don't feel like talking to you."
"MingMei......Im sorry." I choose to stay quiet because even though I was mad I could still feel how bad dad felt also about the situation.
"I can explain. Just help me convince your mom to listen to me. I want both of you to hear."
I sigh. "Can't you find a way to convince her yourself?"
"MingMei, please?"
I took a deep breath sucking up all my anger and got up to help him.
