NATS POV

I went to sleep around 4, and I needed to wake up at 6, that wasn't my best choice.

I got up, and texted Hayes that I'm going to school today, he is too.

I finally get up out of bed, and realize I didn't shower last night, ugh. I wash my face and realize the bruise on my face isn't as bad today, I still have to wear makeup though.

I did my makeup and left my hair natural, wavy and curly.

I chose to wear a springy dress today because it's really nice out, I had a pink and white shorter dress and pink flats. Of course I have 738374737 phone cases so I had one to match my outfit, everyday.... Is that bad?!

I was pretty much done but I had extra time, so I went and screamed for Hayes and he was done too, he climbed in my window and told me it was windy so he'd drive me today.

He grabbed my waist and kissed me, I felt happy, and I felt Miley in my stomach again. Turned into a make-out session, before school, oh god.

We stopped kissing and he sat on my bed and I was dancing to my music, like the loser I am. He got up and started slow dancing with me, cutie. Thinking Out Loud came on and so he wanted to. He's so perfect I swear.

HAYES POV

I'm so lucky to have my beautiful Natalie, she's my life, I used to act like I hated her, I never did. Never will. I want her forever. She's simply amazing...

I look at the clock and we have 15 minutes until school starts, shit.

"Nat we need to go now, it's getting to be where we are going to be late."

"OH SHIT HAYES."

It really only took us 5-10 minutes while driving, because she wanted Starbucks...typical Nat.

We got to school and I decided to carry her bag since she was in a dress, trying to be a nice boyfriend you know.

The word got around that me and Nat were dating, I'm perfectly fine with it, I'd love to just show her off to the world. She's my everything. Why wouldn't I?

I don't know how she feels about it though, hopefully she's good with it.

I see Andrea and I freeze and grab Natalie's hand, I pull her in a corner and kiss her in front of everyone, just so Andrea can see that I hate her;)

I whispered into Nats ear saying..

"She won't get you anymore, I won't let her, okay?"

NATS POV

Hayes kissed my in front of everyone and Andrea looks like she wants to kill me, he told me he won't let her get to me but I'm not to sure about that.

I haven't seen Payton.

School was fine today, I mean they didn't talk much shit, just the normal. I go into the girls bathroom and I see Payton, she's crying. I run over to her and ask her what's wrong, she can't speak.

She hands me her phone and here it is, her dad treating to beat her again, the text said.

"You want to be a bitch and tell me to be a better father? I'm coming up to the school and when we get home, just know you won't fucking go to school tomorrow. Too many marks. Don't even fucking think of telling anyone. I'll see you there. You fucking useless cunt."

I feel so bad, I grab her phone, and I screenshotted the message, and sent it to myself, gave her the phone back and I told her to hide in a stall until I get back.

I immediately run and find Hayes, I show him and I told him to go to the office bathroom and look out the window and text me when a blue car that's busted up gets here.

Hayes<3 - Nat he's here.

"Payton you aren't leaving. You are staying right here and you won't leave until he leaves, okay?"

She's still crying a lot, I don't know exactly what I'm going to do, but I run to the principal.

I tell him what's going on and he locked the doors to the school.

Payton knows everything about me that has ever happened, and I know everything about her.

She knows when I was going through so much I tried to kill myself, thank god it didn't work. She knows about when my parents split. She knows about my neighbor trying to rape me. Everything. I know everything about her too.

Her dad can't get in and soon leaves.

I run to her telling him he left and she stopped crying a bit. Oh, her mom and dad don't live in the same house but every Wednesday - Friday she stays with him.

She called her mom and told her she needs to stay with her.

Good.

COUPLE DAYS LATER

Everything is going well, my face is all healed and I'm happy, and Payton's dad is in jail.

LATER THAT NIGHT

Hayes came over and we sat in my room and watched movies while he sat there making fun of the actors, I don't even know what movie this is.

I got tired so I laid down, he cuddled behind me and I told him

"You have to go home because we have school tomorrow."

He agreed and climbed out my window and I went into it, I sat by my window and we kept talking for about a half an hour, and anything and everything. He's so just, perfect. I never want to lose him. Ever.
