Your heart was pounding as the warmth of giyuu hugged your body.

You turned to look back at giyu
"Why are you here?" You said questioning how he knew your exact location and got here in such a short time

" I finished my mission early and got worried since you weren't at the camp, so When I found the letter I went to find you" he said looking down trying to hide his embarrassed look
" ahhhhh I really thought I was going to die for a second" you let out a soft laugh

"Tsk" you rolled your eyes
As soon as he turned around you stuck your tongue out while flipping him off
" I'm going back now" sanemi said while giving a small look back as a goodbye
You felt giyu slowly help you back up on your feet as you turned to give him a soft smile.
"Thanks again, I don't know what I would have done without you" you said smiling
You both started to walk back to camp from the exhausting fight. It felt quiter than usual today, it might have been because of how you usually ramble on telling giyu about random stuff. Right now you felt to exhausted to speak, thankfully giyu gave you that space you needed and didn't pressure you with questions.
That vivid memory of what happened that night haunted you in your dreams but seeing it while you were awake made you feel like throwing up.
Giyu stopped abruptly as you looked up seeing his raven fly down. The bird spoke quietly and you could immediately sense something was wrong
"Is that so" giyu said with the same expressionless look on his face
"What's wrong?" You spoke fiddling with your hands

" it must have been tough since he was one of your teammates and all" you said looking up to catch a glimpse of giyus face

" I was worried about you today, you should wait till I get back so I can take missions with you." He said facing you with a warm expression
"I will" you smiled taking his hand feeling his rough finger tips play with yours
" you know.. when I was trapped in there I kept on thinking about you" you said letting out a sigh
Giyu turned his head around quickly as if he was surprised.
"Really?" He said sounding almost excited
" yeah" you laughed
"What were you thinking of" he said while climbing closer to you
" I didn't get to tell you how much I love you" you whispered feeling your face heat up
"Now is the perfect time" he said smiling softly while coming closer to your face
" it really is" you laughed
Giyu pulled you by the waist so you could sit on top of him. You wrapped your arms around giyus neck feeling the warmth of him heat you up as you came closer to his face.
His rough hands started to slowly skim over your body. Outlining every curve while slowly bringing you closer to him.
"You seem like you're in a rush today" you laughed
"I am, I've missed you"he said while burrowing his head deeply into your chest
