Chapter Two-What did i do wrong?

I wrote this during math class so I hope y'all enjoy

As Natasha started to order breakfast from Yelena's favourite cafe, Maria attempted to start a conversation with Yelena.

"So, your the famous sister that Natasha always talks about." Yelena was surprised, Natasha spoke about her?

Maria didn't get an answer so she carried on speaking, "Nat says that you are an amazing fighter," Maria started "and that you could easily beat her in a fight if you tried hard enough."

"She said that?" Yelena said, with a surprised look in her face.

"Yeah, you are all she talks about." Maria said " She adores you"

After hearing that Yelena had to fight to keep the smile off her face.

Just as Maria was going to continue speaking Natasha returned. "Okay so I ordered us some breakfast it should be here soon."

Yelena had moved along the sofa to create enough space for Natasha, but Nat went and sat on the opposite sofa with Maria.

Yelena immediately started to frown and tried to think if she had done anything wrong or upset Natasha. When she couldn't think of anything she was left wondering what was wrong.

Yelena felt her breathing start to speed up and she knew she had to get out of the room before Natasha noticed.

"I'm going to take a shower." Yelena said

"Okay маленький, don't take too long because breakfast will be here soon."
Natasha replied.

Yelena didn't answer and just walked out of the room. She didn't want to actually take a shower but knew that Natasha would get suspicious if she came back with completely dry hair.

Yelena turned on the shower, but she made the temperature extremely hot to try and take her mind off Maria and Natasha. Yelena ended up getting lost in her own thoughts.

She only snapped out of it once she realised that the bathroom was so steamy that she couldn't see the bottle of shampoo that she was staring at anymore.

It was then she realised that there was a knocking on the bathroom door.

"Yelena?" Natasha was saying "Yelena are you okay in there?" Yelena couldn't find her voice to reply. "Yelena please reply or I'm coming in!"

"Yeah i-im okay" Yelena shakily replied.

"Are you sure маленький?"

"Yeah" Yelena replied shortly. She got out of the shower and got dressed still trying to catch her breath. She hadn't realised how long she had been in the shower for.

As she left the bathroom she started to be able to smell the food that had arrived. Her favourite, waffles with whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate sauce.

Yelena walked into the kitchen with her damp hair resting over her shoulder, and made a beeline for her chair next to Natasha.

Just as she went to sit down Natasha interrupted "маленький, can Maria sit there please?" She said "We have a mission plan to go over."

Yelena looked up, and not wanting to upset her sister got up without complaint and sat opposite her.

As she sat down in her new seat her sisters words finally registered in her head.

What mission?
