Chapter 7

As the three of us were in the carriage, we chatted. Lili was sad that she wouldn't be able to see her favorite thing in the world, Lucie. Pets were indeed not allowed withing the academy.
Lilian and I tried to sheer her up with a strawberry cream cake, as those are her favorites. Of course that didn't work so we stopped on the way to get a few more pastries.
Now your question is why did we have in the first place a strawberry cream cake? Well we know how Lili is and there was a 97% chance she would have been either upset or sad at some point.

Angela: "So... Lili, I was wondering, what do you think about Max? He is cute, isn't he?" I had a big smile on my face.

Lili: "He is nice and a little cute." She answered without taking the hint.

Lilian: "He is more of an idiot than anything else. And please! Being handsome like me is better than looking cute like him." He looked pissed off.

Lili: "Hey! Don't be rude, brother! Max ISN'T an idiot. He is nice AND intelligent, unlike someone I know."

Lilian: "Lili, you shouldn't talk about someone like this, even though I wonder who you are talking about."

Lili: "I'm talking about you, Lilian. If you don't take hints that are so easy to see, how will you progress with Romane? Even though she will never like you back."

She stuck out her tongue and looked adorable, but are you really one to talk about taking a hint, Lili? But what did she mean?

Angela: "Romane?! The daughter of the baron who is three years older than us?! Why wasn't I aware that Lilian had a crush on someone?! Oh! I know your brother is too shy to assume his crush."

At that point, Lili and I were laughing out loud.

Lilian: "I don't have a crush! Lili, stop spouting nonsense! Romane is just an upper classmate who is quite impressing." He was as red as a tomato. It was hilarious to make fun of him. "Well, what about you, Angela?! We all saw how Ray was looking at you."

Lili: "Oh yes, that's right, we did notice that he looks at you in such an affectionate way."

Angela: "The two of you have a big imagination. You twin's better not gang up on me now!"
I was a little red at that point. Ray is very kind to me. He is also handsome, but I never imagined him in that light.

Lili: "What about you and Jackson?"

Lilian: "What are you talking about?"

Lili: "Well, Jackson and Angela seem very close. Ray didn't look pleased as well."

Lilian: "I guess, Angela we understand that you 2 met each other a while back, but still, be careful with him."

Angela: "We are indeed close, but I only see him as a big brother, and he sees me as a little sister he has to protect. Maybe your fantasies are going too far in the dream and imagination world."

Lili: "No, it isn't!"

Lili started to sulk again. So we gave her another pastry before we talked about sword training. Lilian was doing most of the talking with me. We also explained things to Lili, who was intrigued by everything. Time flew by, and soon, we arrived at the main gates of the academy. The outside itself looked stunning and impressive. It is composed of 3 buildings, the main one where we studied, it is the biggest of all, and it's in front of the gates, so straight ahead. On the right side, there is the boy's dorm. On the left is the girl's dorm. On the perimeter is a giant garden with flowers, trees, decorations such as fairy lights, and others. It was like another world, such as Hogwarts in Harry Potter.

Once we arrived, the staff welcomed and directed us to the registration area. After we registered, we were shown to our dorm rooms. Lili and I were told (when we were going towards the girl's dormitory) that we could only go home during the winter holidays, but it was possible to send letters whenever we wanted. The lady told us that breakfast and dinner happened in the main hall where everyone would gather. If we were late, we could get punished. To our dismay, we weren't in the same room. To be more precise, we were in opposite rooms. Lili was on the first floor, and I was on the third (knowing there are four floors, having the last one for the servants).
